Well I've got it installed now. Worked flawlessly. Not digging the tops of windows being white and not being able to change them to match my taskbar color of black
Everything is quick though. Even faster than Win7 on a SSD everything loads up faster
idk about this but from reddit

Looks like it's for fresh installs from a USB
I haven't formatted for over a year. I might as well do a fresh install.
For future reference, be sure to put all your games on their own partition so fresh installs don't fuck you over.

Honestly though, after using 8 for 3 years, 7 just feels slow in general. At work, I wish we had 8 on some of these PCs because its that much faster, especially on systems with low RAM. Hope 10 keeps it up, and going by the Tech Preview, it should.
I hate having to wait for the download to get to me. Just let it start already!
I need a USB install, and it won't load that program. I don't evEN know What IT DOES

Here's what I'm getting from this right now.
I've also noticed the creation of a $Windows.~WS folder in the process.
Looks like it's for fresh installs from a USB
it can be used as an upgrade/fresh install if you run setup within windows.

So it bypasses the whole reservation thing? It's just a manual installer?
I'm so damn impatient, I want to install it now.
So I just found out these issues I've been having running certain games (PSO2 and Dead Rising 3) with crashing after like 30 minutes are not a problem anyone else has been having. I'm trying to figure out the best way to refresh windows to a clean state and being able to restore my installed programs.

Well, my folder reached 3.99GB and seems to be stuck.
Setup runs but pressing install does nothing.
EDIT: It now created $Windows.~WS, i dunno why but i think something is wrong.
Direct download program thing confirmed for way fast download, I'm at 50%
And about a minute and a half later I'm already at 75%
It downlaods faster than I can type
question: did anyone restart after scheduling it for later
does windows 10 just install anyways?
i'm waiting on backups to finish
I think I fucked up

It'll force the download and installation, select upgrade.
Before I try the above tool, is it possible to check on what possible issues there are on Win10?

Wait for the video drivers to eventually get installed by windows. Restarting helps also.

I have them from Nvidia themselves
