That's because she's only available in English. :poot:
Son, people like my tea loving self who live in the United Kingdom speak English.

Works for me, Germany?

Really? I have no problem with Cortana.
Also I recommend everyone to try the Maps App with Satelite images and 3D buildings, I was really blown away by the 3D building details
So changing the Default Beep sound to something more quiet really helps.
Using Skype and if you backspace an empty chatbox it plays the loud annoying ding noise. I changed Default Beep to the Windows Shutdown noise which is short and quiet.

oh shit maybe things will work after this

How? If you don't mind me asking.
How do I change the temperature from Fahrenheit to a normal temperature scale like Celsius?
Isn't that in the locale settings, along with currency, date, etc. ?

how well does that handle mojang accounts
and/or people like myself who have beta accounts
How? If you don't mind me asking.
You just go to Mojangs site and login, should be a button to get your key.
You play with your MS account though so it uses my XBL gamertag :v:
Cortana doesn't seem to be working right, although I suspect that should be fixed with a restart or something. Otherwise not many issues I've come across, loving it!
Ok, final steps for me.
After 3 hours of setup and only 5 hours of sleep, its prepairing for boot
Is it me or does everything not scale well? I have pcsx2 open with a window at 1776x1000 and for some reason it's just not scaling.

Dayum, you ain't wrong
I guess I am lucky for not having any nvidia issues. Installed Windows 10 about 2 hours ago, installed nvidia drivers for Win10 and generally no problems with the upgrade
What does windows.old back up? All my games are in C:\Games (e.g., C:\Games\Steam, etc). Will I have to back those up separately?

Have you tried setting the compatibility mode in your executable ?

If you do not choose the option not not keep anything (aka format hard drive) then they will stay in the folders they were in.

I kinda wanna do a fresh install. I haven't done so in years, who knows what junk I have knocking around in here.
So after installing the update a couple of hours ago, I'm now stuck on the welcome screen. Pressing next or trying to change users leads to a permanent freeze, and if I click enough I get the spinning circle cursor before the thing just reboots.
I tried everything I could think of to solve the issue. Sometimes after like four or five reboots it brings up the repair menu but I can't reach any of the options like safe mode because for some reason it requires you to press numbers on the keyboard and all of my USB ports get disabled for this screen in particular.

This is as far as it goes. The resolution used to be shit but fixed itself somehow, and my user icon is skewed in a weird oval for no reason.
I was running on windows 7 before. This is driving me up the fucking wall, and after foolishly trying to turn MSI fast boot on I now no longer have access to the BIOS.

It moves everything.
C:\Windows.old\Program Files
C:\Windows.old\Users
C:\Windows.old\Windows

Shees it needs a FOV slider.
I started getting a headache almost instantly. :mindblown:
Win 10 works and I am happy.
Can I savely remove the windows.old folder?
[editline]29th July 2015[/editline]
I would really love those 15 GB
Still haven't received the update :(

Of course. It's just a backup. If you don't need anything then you can just remove it.

It just says I'm up to date. Anyone know anything to help?
For some reason my screen keeps turning gray and then back again to normal. Windows can display over this gray but it just flashes back and forth on my desktop. Is it a Nvidia driver thing?
[editline]29th July 2015[/editline]
Maybe it keeps loading the desktop and unloading it again?

Someone said some time ago that you can just download the ISO and run setup.exe to update Insider Preview to the latest version if Windows Update doesn't work.

Edge is so nice to use, the only problem I have is no support for adblock.
