Is there a way of disabling the three-finger-tap gesture which opens the search menu on laptops?
It's incredibly annoying, it thinks I'm tapping 3 fingers (therefore randomly opening search) when really I'm using 2 finger scroll.
The same goes for the two finger tap for right click.
This sounds like something specific to your laptops drivers, it doesn't happen for me.
I still have a Win 10 insider preview in VirtualBox and I really wanna know if I can use that key
The mail app doesn't show my inbox of emails. It'll send email fine, but it won't receive it, yet it receives just fine on my phone using the same fucking server
I solved it. You have to Allow Apps to access your Calender under the Privacy settings and make sure Mail is checked. Otherwise the inbox syncs perfectly fine, but shows an empty inbox
How odd
I'm sure this has been asked before, but can you delete $Windows.~WS after successfully upgrading?

Unless you plan on rolling back you can. Use Disk Cleanup and click the button below the list to include old windows files

Weird, I've done that to delete Windows.old but it didn't delete that folder?

You've clicked this button

And checked the previous windows versions or something to that affect? I don't think I had sufficient privileges to delete the folder by hand and was able to do it through this
Weird, I've done that to delete Windows.old but it didn't delete that folder?
sometimes it just cleans the folder, without deleting it
idk
if it's empty just do it manually
I managed to get it installed and working, but as soon as I changed the resolution back to my monitor's native I get an error and Windows keeps restarting itself.
The error was SYSTEM SERVICE ERROR (igdkmd64.sys)
is it possible to pin files to the start menu? you could pin files to the start screen in 8.1 with some sort of workaround

Okay, I'm tired of waiting for the rollout. If I download the ISO and install it, will my copy still be genuine? Will I be able to just upgrade it without losing my files? Is there any known issues to doing this rather than wait for the rollout?
Probably asked like a hundred times already

I used the media creation tool to install, and upgrading and activating worked just fine.

I haven't had any problems at all personally.

Most of the known issues relate to the automatic updater.
The media creation tool should not cause any problems.
I have a Surface Pro 2 and installed it on that first, had no issues with it. So I figured I'd use my main PC which is running windows 7. I think the fact I came from windows 7 without a clean install was the problem. I just can't do a clean install right now, and who knows, maybe the august patch will fix the windows 7 problems.
I did a clean install and I still got the error, I must have broken something while trying to remove the system apps, if you didn't mess with the system apps then you'll probably be fine I guess, but seeing as you had no issues on the Surface Pro I presume you didn't touch the apps anyway.
Like I'm not getting the error now though, it just kinda fixes itself anyway, but it's odd.
