No. I can only set that if I encode with MPEG4 or h.263, plus a few others like Sorenson.

I've never been able to afford such luxuries as new computer hardware. I just mess with this because I'm too retarded to do much else.
I might suggest Mpeg4 then, that's likely the most advanced option on there.

Okay, I'll let that chug away with a 2048k limited data rate and see what it's like in the morning.
DVD's run on Mpeg 2 at around 7500-900Mbit/s. Mpeg4 should do well enough at 5.

My friend's Compaq laptop (AMD dual core, Radeon 4200 IGP, 4GB DDR3) spontaneously shut off and died. I thought it was his only computer, until he called me and told me he had one in his garage and he wanted me to look at it.
It's an eMachines that runs an AMD Sempron 3100+ (Socket 754, 130nm oh GOD), 512MB DDR-400 and a Geforce 6200. HDDs/ODD are all IDE and while the board has 2 SATA 1.5Gbps headers, the PSU has no sata power.
He thought it was going to run Starcraft 2 and LoL, sorry bud. But I hooked him up with some GOG goodness and he's busy getting addicted to fallout tactics

Apparently while I was away, my lower apprentice fiddled with one of the Excel Files Macro which is used for storing articles. I made this macro, and im responsible for it.
Mind you, he has no idea how to program, and he fucked with the macro of an important as fuck document without testing the result, and broke it in the process.
In recruitment I got declared unstable due to the amount of stress I have. THIS IS EXACTLY WHY IM FUCKING STRESSED!
Don't fucking make changes to an important as fuck file, if you have no idea what you are doing, without making a backup, no testing, and you fucking push it to prod directly. WHAT THE FUCK WAS THIS GUY THINKING?!

I don't like the idea of it as well. At work we use Office documents for many things they are not meant for. When I got the order, I told my boss, that excel is not suitable for this, and it would be better to use MS Access or another DB+Frontend.
My suggestion did fall on deaf ears.

The Toshiba has a screen made of ass (8" 1280x800, what the fuck?), the ASUS also has a shitty screen, and they're both probably locked-down pieces of shit that don't work properly with Linux, so I wouldn't pick either of those.
After that, the choice is obvious: Nexus 5.

Did adobe force interlacing when on Mpeg4 or did it just default to it. Try setting to mpeg4 and then going back to see if you can turn off the interlacing.
