It always freaks me out when i eat a few mini twix bars, put the wrappers at the side of my laptop and then 30 minutes later when watching a youtube video my laptop decides to spin up and catapults the wrappers straight into my face with the exhaust
ive still yet to get past 25% on memory usage on this new install, wonder how much ram will be used when i get into photo/video editing, and cad modeling

Because a HD 7700 series shouldn't get as hot as 80°C.
Same goes for that ivy bridge, i know a guy who has the i5 3500 non K and it doesnt go hotter than 65.
Could be that his case has really bad airflow, or some other card is blocking the heatsink for the 77XX gpu.

the temperature in my city has been going up since the 290/290x ownership skyrocketed thanks to our recent drop shipments.
Do they need to start building sound barriers to keep the noise from the 290x fans from causing problems on the highways?

Wingless challenged me to make a userscript to re-add a link to the ticker to the title bar. I got SOMETHING that should've done it, but she refined it and made it better. For anyone that wants it, here it is:

Putting CCTV on my house was the best thing I ever did besides Cat6 cabling the place. Let's just say my neighbour won't be intimidating (And in one case almost fighting) my mates any more.
When I have my own place, I'm totally wiring it up
Partially for security, mostly because it'd be fucking awesome
