The cat has discovered my computer mining dogecoins and has taken a liking to sitting on top of my case where one of my exhaust fans is. Yesterday morning I had the top cover / filter off and forgot about it until he tried to climb on top again. I heard a thunk and saw the cat dart across the room :v:.
I'm pushing 500kh/s on my 580's then another 50 on my CPU, then 9 on my HD4000 IGP.
i get 130 on my gtx 480
so much for effort
it gets up in mid 90c if the fan speed's not set at 100%
I think I'll stick to litecoin mining for now. I get about 280kh/s (low usage setting, high is ~350 but the computer becomes unusable) on my 7870. Thanks to the DirectCU II cooler it maxes out at 65c.

Youtube is pissing me off. The player will say "There has been an error" or whatever bollocks youtubes message is. and then the page will refresh. The video then works perfectly, until I go to a different tab and come back. The player is then just a black box but the sound still plays. Arghh.
