Go to your game page in Steam Library and get the CD key

I think some foreign watches have tritium for the glowy bits, which is awesome because they're like super fucking visible all night.
My watch is a cheap Armitron and only has the stuff that gets "charged" by light cast on it.

As long as they glow, they do illuminate etc it's just too weak for us to see it properly.
