I had both CPU + GPU on 100% and played Age of mythology on the same machine, without any lag.

My sis got some new headphones (mdr-zx300), I gave them a try, and while they're good I'm really not used to listening to stuff on headphones, and they really bring out how noisy and terrible my onboard audio is

Version 1 needed a card to emulate parts of the STAR but by version 2 they were emulating the whole machine in software and it was FASTER. :v:

So my college is linked with Dreamspark, but they aren't eligable for copies of Windows 8. They are however eligable for copies of Windows 8.1 Embedded Pro, I don't know much about it but how does it differ from the normal Win8 and could I use it as an everyday OS?
