Got a similar effect with my S3 but on a much smaller scale. My phone is getting on two years old by now though. I put it down to battery degradation.

We have an 'iPod Repair Doctor' place in town that'll replace it for me for £30 and it'll only take about an hour, I might be tempted to do that at some point.
Tablet arrived but the stickers on it was French. Oh well. It's the European Note 8.0. Even the default setup was French! I'm happy with it though.

i'm trying to find out a way but i'm not really into learning c# just for this
A day and a half of troubleshooting and frustration came down to a screw gear that needed grease and tapes that were too firmly wedged in their slots.
Interesting watching a TV program on DVD through two different screens, one is a CRT and one an LCD. On the CRT it looks like it was made yesterday (Series is nine years old) but when I load it up on the LCD it looks like it has been made on a PAL videotape and just been recorded onto DVD with no analogue clean-up process whatsoever.
That's what I hated about upgrading my TV when I had a PS2. Everything looked amazing. Then I hooked it up the the LCD. Oh god. My eyes.
I had a wide screen CRT TV, think it was 720p, for years. Gaming on it was great but you had to sit pretty close to make anything out. Fucked my eyes up a lot more than my newer led TVs now. I tried playing N64 on my new TV though....eugh

Yep, your getting hit by a double wammy of deinterlacing and upscaling. I find it looks so poor I keep an old bedroom CRT spare on my desk to avoid it.
