Silly wingy
Tomato tastes great, okay? You're just weird.
Tomatoes are only good when they're drowning in Bacon/Beef and other condiments.
Depending on the size and the flavor of tomato I have a certain taste to it.
Here's a question. Do you both like Tomato Sauce?/Ketch Up?
Tomato sauce you get in supermarkets and shit is mostly Apple.
Best ketchup

Recently I've been using some home made piri piri sauce on everything. It's not hot, just fucking delicious.
Oh Nvidia, you and your CUDA core bullshit. Spoiler alert: They're not cores. Titan/K20 has 15, not 2688.
By that logic (counting only individually scheduled units as cores), wouldn't the 290X have 44 cores instead of 2816?
Tomatoes are only good when they're drowning in Bacon/Beef and other condiments.
tomatoes are one of those things i only like as an ingredient to other foods
two other ingredients are sour cream and yellow mustard
Tomato tastes great, okay? You're just weird.
No, tomatoes suck. They're mushy and acidic and there's just no flavor to them. The only things I tolerate tomatoes in are pizzas and barbeque sauce.

Yep. A Kepler "core" is essentially an SP, DP or fixed function unit. They all share dispatch, issue, register, L1, uOP cache, etc on the SMX. I mean, the setup's perfectly fine for GPU's but calling them a core is a lie. Same goes for AMD.

Woah now, what kind of tomatoes are you buying?
On another tomato related note, V8 juice is awful. I once bought some thinking it would taste like tomato soup. Oh boy was I wrong.

Oh yeah, that stuff's foul.

1) Even though for CPUs you definitely shouldn't count individual ALUs as cores, I think it makes for fairer comparisons with GPUs. The 780 Ti and 290X are roughly comparable - 2880 cores vs. 2816 cores is a more "accurate" comparison than the technically-more-correct 15 cores vs. 44 cores.
2) All of them. I don't like tomatoes like, anywhere. Definitely not raw, nor as a component in most food. The only exceptions are, as previously mentioned, pizza, barbeque sauce and (overlooked last time) salsa. And even with those, I prefer ones that don't taste like tomato.
2b) However, everyone is entitled to their own opinion on matters of taste (pun intended). If you like tomatoes, go right ahead and eat the fuck out of those tomatoes. Just don't make me eat them.
Speaking of tomato, and by extension, routers, has anyone here worked with microtik stuff? My work uses it almost exclusively, but I had never heard of it before I got there.

A modern GPU "Core" is in effect a SIMD lane. If we were to count like that, SX-ACE would have 256 cores. It's a fair architecture to use, it's just bad to call them cores.
I think your taste of tomato isn't what real tomatoes taste like, 'sall I'm saying.
I think your taste of tomato isn't what real tomatoes taste like.
No, I just don't like them. I've tried plenty.
I think it's a texture thing. I seem really sensitive to the texture of foods. For instance: ground meat. I HATE HATE HATE ground meat, even if it's a meat I otherwise like. Unless it's in sausage, because that changes the texture back to something palatable.

Out of curiosity, what about mashed potatoes?

Ground hamburger is disgusting.
Ground hamburger is disgusting.
What do you mean? Like, a patty made out of ground beef?
Out of curiosity, what about mashed potatoes?
Mashed potatoes are fine. I'm fine with almost all potato forms - only thing I don't care for are potato chips, and that's just an "eh", not a hate (they're usually overflavored and oversalted IMO).
What do you call a cow with no legs? Ground beef.

Only good chips are stuff like Red Rock Deli and Kettle. Rest are, as you said, "eh".

found this slightly humorous for some reason
Why would you get a 270? A low end card can perform better than that and uses a fraction of its power consumption.
Low end? WTF are you talking about? The R9 270 is pretty good, can play games like bf4 on high. etc.
Low end? WTF are you talking about? The R9 270 is pretty good, can play games like bf4 on high. etc.
Next time I think you should say R9 270, not 270. I thought you were talking about the GTX 270...
lol why would i recommend an old gpu.
lol why would i recommend an old gpu.
Thing is, as we all know, AMD used to use 4 digit format, Nvidia used 3. It WAS easy to just say the number. Now since they're both on 3, shit gets confusing fast. Keep that in mind.
