No idea actually. I paid from bank -> 3rd party service -> paypal, by the time this all started 45 days had passed so paypal refused to do anything, 3rd party service said do it through paypal and bank said they would do nothing and i had to take it to 3rd party service
I have considered legal action but that's probably not worth the money (i paid him around 400 euro), and was wondering about collection agencies, because it seems they charge the costs to whoever owes the money, but i have no idea they work with private parties. That's why i was wondering about the thread because i'd be easier if you have a group of people

The flash was dying and it couldn't get past the language selection screen without freezing. Until it randomly booted fine and I never shut it off before I sold it. When it was working, it felt really slow in some areas.

Also lot's of programs go wrong after a system restore. Sometimes it create more problems than fix them (it really depends).
If you want to be safe, when you have your windows pretty clean, have all your programs and last drivers installed, make a full image of your system.
Then you can always restore the PC to the state of when you make the image.
ps: there's lots of good tools to make a image of your system and restore it later too. And anyway I don't know why would you want to use system restore after changing the game files. You can just reinstall the whole game.

In all my time using ABP not once have I experienced anything other than a small text ad in the corner, and I have "allow non-intrusive ads" turned on.
This combined with a bug that seems to be deleting everyone's choice of filter lists for some reason is giving ABP a really bad rep.

Are you sure they weren't talking about AAC? Above 256Kbps it's widely considered to be "transparent". MP3 would need more since it's quite bad (due to the age, it's missing out on something like 20 years of improvements)
Anything above 256kbps is fine for me. 320kbps is good too. I don't really have the storage for flac though.
Whatever quality Google uses for Play Music sounds good to me. I'd wager it's at least 256kbps in high quality, but I never really cared enough to investigate it.
There's one song i have that if you play it in 320kbps mp3 it crackles, while using flac it works fine :v:
