I am so fucking sick of my computer doing this stupid USB shit. It would not turn my keyboard on until I replugged it, even after several cold boots. What in the fuck?
There goes an hour's progress in Civ 5, too. God damn.

I was about to ask "Why didn't you save" but then it struck me.
The problem with creating a competitor to Youtube is content, because users can't completely move away from it.
Its the exact same problem as making a Facebook competitor. I mean, Google+ has hardly put a dent in Facebook, despite being better in many ways. The only way people will switch is if the existing service goes completely down or completely fucks over their users. No, UI changes aren't enough. Say what you want, but UI changes hardly necessitate change unless its objectively unusable.
well pretty much the only problem with youtube is that they only care about the people who bring in the big dosh and subscribers
they modify the site so they get publicity and your subscriptions get less
like on the android application; when you start it you go to 'what to watch' which is completely irrelevant to your subscriptions and videos, and is full of mainstream shit
The very first thing on my "what to watch" list is an ad. Pretty despicable. As if forced 5 seconds of ads wasn't annoying enough.

And did YouTube just change their shit again?
I got it too, I tried it. Doesn't even do that. The data's just not there. Spoilers, YT: I don't fucking know all the avatars of all my subs, and what if one changes theirs? I'm right fucked there unless they put out constant videos with a consistent theme (Which about half of mine DON'T).
Paying for 1GB drives? You can usually find 4gb's for free if you look in the right places
Hell I got four 8GB drives for free when I was visiting a friend's workplace. It was literally like, "heres a box of usb drives we don't use, want some?"
Wal-Mart had some sony 4GB sticks for $1.07 after tax recently
I think I paid $8 for 2 8gb sticks at Walmart recently.
Reminds me of when we paid $80 for a 128mb flash drive waay back
Then we paid $80 for four 1gb flash drives and it was the deal of the century
Recently we paid $12 for three 8gb flash drives :v:
You can get a 64gb for like $30 :v:
That's because hdd manufacturers use powers of 1000 and other people like RAM and windows use powers of 1024
Just read this:

Also confusing, networking uses Base 10 numbers (So a 1Mbps connection is 1,000,000 bits per second, etc.)
I don't think anything represents that correctly.

Neither of you are anywhere near as hot as me. I left the heater on when I went to bed and now I'm roasting but I don't want to get up.
Also I'm really sexy.

it's been running vista though?
we can't just throw it away

If I were in your place I'd honestly go to W7 or even back to XP(plz no). I've found both will run better on weak hardware than Vista.

Don't worry, I'll take good care of it

i installed 7 on it
symantec endpoint protection took half an hour to install, and the whole thing is just slow
My mom had a Netbook with an Atom in it that ran Win7 ok, as long as you didn't expect more than email, facebook, and the occasional you tube video.
