I didn't like the idea of working from home really.
I found it much more enjoyable going and sitting with the team in our well lit office.
Communicating was much faster, and I think for a full time job it's good to have a home environment and a different work environment.
Netflix has a large battle to fight these days. They're still puny compared to the major cable companies, and now that they're perceived as a serious threat, they're trying to make licensing be much more expensive, resulting in stuff like KotH being removed. Whether or not they can get over this bump will really determine their future. Hopefully they win however. Cheap online streaming is the future imo
reminds me of an episode I watched a few years back. I can't remember the show, but they were gonna figure out what was the fastest: downloading a movie or going to the store for a physical copy. back then, going to the store and watching the entire movie would beat downloading it. pretty crazy
Man, after finally graduating from Uni, learning all about Cisco (CCNA) technology, Microsoft server and active directory's and countless other things related to IT and networks, I'm apparently still not good enough for a job. Going through the available jobs and there's at least two things listed that I don't know like Exchange, or MySQL, or advanced VPS experience. Like I'm always learning 1 thing then being told I need to learn an additional 10 afterwards, it never ends.
I still don't really understand how people haven't switched away from cable tv yet. It is soo shit at least in America. Bullshit censoring, ridiculous low quality reality programming replacing everything, extremely excessive and annoying advertisements. It's terrible. Much better to switch to Amazon Prime or Netflix or P2P to get exactly what you want, when you want it, with no bullshit. Your television and movies start when you want them to, not when the network does. Not to mention cable is usually ridiculously expensive
Sports coverage it seems is the #1 reason that people still have cable, since online offerings are not great. You can still get whatever is available on ABC, CBS and NBC over antenna (and sometimes even over streaming), but many people still want FSN, ESPN and whatever others are available.
Granted, I don't give two tits about sports on TV so as soon as I move out, cable will be a thing of the past.
Yeah sports are the only thing I really care about. Can't live without my football coverage since online options are generally cruddy.
Fuck, the case I'm gonna be getting has two fans, and I'm hoping to install another later, but the motherboard only has two fan headers (SYS_FAN and CPU_FAN).
Would I be able to daisy chain three fans (2 120mm and 1 200mm) off a single header and still get the PWM stuff/not fuck with anything electrics related? If not, what can I do?
Get a fan controller

My cable gets me HBO GO
Well this is surprisingly sound logic:

That can work in some editing programs.

HBO Go is another one. Although, P2P can sort of fill in for that, despite not being legit. I just mentioned sports since its pretty hard to get sports P2P unless you want to see the game after the fact.
That and HBO is not worth $60+ a month alone for all the other shit you get with it.
No driver issues here.
it wasn't a problem because AMD hasn't shipped drivers for anything under 4000 series in the main Catalyst download for years now
which would be a nice thing to do to new card owners if it TOLD ME I WAS RUNNING THE WRONG VERSION instead of just not installing anything besides the main software, which makes it seem like a dumb bug.

Well, if you all remember me talking about it before, we had a rabbit. Mother wanted it, but never took care of it. Well my mother found it dead today. She seemed really upset. So I took advantage of that to put all of the blame on her and reiterate what we all have said to her. Either take care of it or get rid of it. Of course her response is also, "Well, I can't do everything around here. You should help out." Which just doesn't compute, if you have more things than you can take care of. You have too many things.
Anyways, I had been up all night working on skyrim, some more reviews, and some homework and ended up sleeping through the day, and my dad wakes me up and chews me out for not taking apart the cage. And then lectures me on how the "free ride" is going to be ending and I do nothing to help around the house.
I know he's under a lot of stress, but I can't handle being the recipient of his release much more. I really want to finally move out. But, lovely timing since I can't find a position in my "field". Once I do though, I hope to move out finally and not have everything hanging over me. Then maybe finally my mother will do something about her stuff.
Sorry, just felt like putting that out there. Already I feel overwhelmed even with just two classes while trying to stay afloat with my channel. Staying positive is the only way I have the motivation to work on stuff, but I'm constantly fighting that.
I'm so glad I don't live at home anymore. I can actually stand my parents now. Of course neither of them live together anymore either, so that probably helps too.
I mention this to people usually but I never had that phase in my teen years where I never got along with my parents or whatever. My brother had that a lot. But I seemed always ok with them up until now, when I'm 23.
Yeah, I was the same. I just couldn't listen to my parents complain about each other, bills, the weather, etc. Being around them 24/7 was depressing. Everyone's much happier now, shame it took a divorce and pretty much getting rid of everything we owned to reach that.

I actually have a friend of mine who is moving to california with another person. I've done loads of videos with him. He's currently in alabama, but we were throwing the idea around of joining up together.
It's pretty intense of an idea, but would be nice. California would be more useful for me as a youtuber and stuff.
Aight, sorry for being a complete twat, wingless
oh no i will reveal that i was in the mobile beta then

it just depends on the job really, if it's some loner job that doesn't require any employee interaction except for your boss or supervisor like support I'd be down for that.
