Actually, it's simply because an album I contributed to happened to only be released on iTunes. Had to make an Apple ID and all that shit as well.
I do have an iPod (4th gen nano) lying around somewhere, though.

I only use iTunes cause its easy to sort my music and then sync my iPod. I use it like twice a month.
Also christ fuck the iTunes logo is ugly. Clashes so hard with Windows 8 Metro.
Goes for Windows Live Movie Maker as well.

And then the last time I got something to work my album art database broke and I had to reinstall the firmware.

AFAIK, you still need it for backups, but it's great that they've reduced the dependency on having a computer with iTunes.
I'd still like to know if one guy was bullshitting to me about needing to have iTunes on his MacBook in order to be able to charge his iPhone from it. I fucking swear he was fucking with me, but he's a Mac user, so I can't really call him out on it, since I don't have any experience, and he switched to Android so it's kind of pointless now.

I have a cheap Elm 237 thing, though Torque on Android doesn't connect to the ECU in my 2004 Cavalier. It connects fine to a friend's 2012 Mazda 3, so I'm thinking there's something fucky with the diagnostic port on my car because GM.
I think we should all pitch in and invest in a monitor calibration tool, then ship it around to any sipwickets when they need it

I think I need it for my Dell SE198WFP, it's acting as my secondary monitor and it's 7 years old now (built in 2007). Has a total backlight hour amount of 15109 hours, while my HP W1907v has 3058 hours.
On the Dell you can definitely see it's age, white colors are all greenish.
It's not going to magically heal your monitor :v:
