i know a youtube googler, but unfortunately i don't talk with him that much, so i wouldn't be able to convince him to take a better look at it, nor do i think he's actually involved with claims
Here's an example of it going badly
I've sent the following email to the real Fullscreen, hopefully they will respond: [thumb]http://puu.sh/6AMAA.png[/thumb] [editline]28th January 2014[/editline] I'm also backing up my entire YouTube channel, so I'm not going to lose my stuff :v: ... well, there is the 1800 subscribers :c
Why would you waste money on a Xeon CPU for a consumer single CPU build? [editline]27th January 2014[/editline] Go for a desktop i5 or i7 instead, they're generally cheaper anyways for the same equivalent CPUs.
The Xeon 1230 vX CPUs are extremely good value. Hardly more expensive than an i5, but they have hyper-threading. If you plan on doing CPU-intensive work, they're a fantastic deal.
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2IN16 holy fuck computers got expensive [editline]27th January 2014[/editline] that's with me reusing some stuff too
If this fails then all my faith in YouTube will be lost. [editline]28th January 2014[/editline] Meanwhile, I'll back up my entire YouTube channel.
how do you still have it?
I don't know.

You can save ~300 dollars if you are willing to go for a cheaper Mobo/PSU/Case and drop the watercooler.
A thing called Fullscreen came and wanted to become youtube partners with me, due to one of my videos that went viral. I said I was in doubt, and asked about the specifics of the program. I did my research and they appear to be legit and all. Then I got an email saying that I can go to a link to review and sign an e-agreement. Upon going to that link, it showed this: [thumb]http://puu.sh/6AEMI[/thumb] And it appears that by just clicking that bit.ly link, I'd signed and agreed to an agreement that was NEVER shown to me in any way, contradicting what the email said. So, now they have the rights to one of my videos without my consent. [thumb]http://puu.sh/6AIsr[/thumb] How is this legal? Does anyone have prior experience with this because I'm terribly confused at how they just somehow grabbed the rights for my YouTube video without me doing anything to accept it.
I don't even know why you'd join a network at 1900 subs. It makes no sense. The system now makes it really only useful to join networks for marketing deals. Otherwise you're... safer and better off independant since networks can't protect you anymore. I can't make a judgement on this though, I don't know how you didn't check it out a bit more.

I posted this in the Linux thread, but I figure I'll ask here as well: I got a SSD the other day, but it's only connecting at 1.5 Gbps(SATA I) while my old hard drive connects at 3.0 Gbps(SATA II). I've tried swaping the cables and ports, but the SSD always connects at 1.5 Gbps. I've tried the SSD in my laptop and it connected at 3.0 Gbps. Anyone know what's going on?
I think I just DDoS'd my own router. I was running nmap, I forgot the last number of the IP (so I typed 192.168.0.1) and apparently I can't connect to my Linux box on the network. Connections either time out, or just move insanely slowly. I stopped nmap but now I think its flailing. I would reboot it but I'm at school 50 miles away. :suicide:

I sent an email to them asking about more detail about how it worked because I was in doubt. Evenaually they sent me a message with a link to a supposed agreement that I could read. However, clicking that link instantly signed me up and I never got to read the agreement.

Exactly because they link you to something unknown, because you can't see the link it redirects to. There should be some failsafe or soemthing that isn't made up by a clientside plugin. Of course I 100% blame google on this one, because they allow contracts to be made trough a direct link, which is completly bullshit.
If you add a + to the end of bitly links, they show you what the page links to, and how many people clicked it Example: http://bit.ly/1coxXSo+
Youtube and Google are such huge scammers it's not even funny anymore. They only care about the people who bring them the most people, and ban people like me who do nothing wrong while they can do anything.

Wanting to have a bath then go to the shop, but having to wait for my HDD to be delivered. Yawn.
Can we just go back to like 2008 where YouTube was good, google wasn't attempting world domination and memes weren't run into the ground on a daily basis.
Whats the best way to reformat a External HDD to Fat32? My new WD external can only be reformatted to NTFS and EXFAT in the format menu, but I need it FAT32 for my PS3. Does WD have its own reformatting to fat32 app or will I have to find some third party one?
Try using Linux to do it.
I don't have Linux and don't want to download it just to reformat my new HDD.
Did you try the window disk manager or did you just right click the drive from explorer?

[t]http://i.imgur.com/9VHYcZx.png[/t] now to try it on my PS3. [editline]28th January 2014[/editline] Tried Windows Dick manager as well, didn't have the option. Works on my PS3 with that GUITOOL. Getting copy speeds of 100mb/s of large files.
I just realized my headphones are clearer and louder when plugged into my front panel than my speakers' input jack. I never use the front panel jesus
