I finally just said fuck it and put my old monitor on my desk instead of waiting for a larger one to go dual monitor. It's pretty slick, but my framerate is fucking gone. Bf4 dropped by 15 fps just having this screen render facebook
quad titan time
So I made a thing with Tasker. http://puu.sh/6Eo3G.apk Tiny network monitor for Android.
why'd it save as a .zip on my phone but a .apk on my computer?
wtf is this http://www.smartstoragesys.com/products/ulltradimm.asp
If I remember correctly on this here, these are pretty nifty. You control them with a special driver and they're usable just like normal flash. Just on the DDR3 interface. IBM uses them for some gear, if memory serves.
why'd it save as a .zip on my phone but a .apk on my computer?
.apk's are zip files in nature, but you should be given the option to 'Install' on your phone provided you checked 'Allow from unknown sources' in the settings. I think it's in 'Security' if I remember right.
bonus points for encrypting it
Bonus points for requiring two step authentication with their phones
text files distributed on an ftp server
Make sure they are distributed as tarballs.
Remember to also add layers of encryption and change the encryption keys and type every day
and thus my old T42 was retired from beater duty to serve peaceful days as a NAS. [editline]30th January 2014[/editline] Looking forward to windows 8 on a touchscreen on a budget.
Transformer Book T100 is probably your best bet, then.
0:32
I have these at home. They are spot on perfect. However the management software does slowly grow in size to be a small beast. (it uses MongoDB)
I'll be doing decent side wifi install in a warehouse soon (Big enough it's got a fibre run from one end to the other with converters either end at the patch bays, fun stuff), might get one in to try out.
Oh wow, when I plug my headphones into my front panel connectors I can hear them making noises according to how fast this Windows copy dialogue is saying my HDD is going. The faster it is, the higher the pitch. :v: [editline]31st January 2014[/editline] It's almost soothing, listening to this.... [editline]31st January 2014[/editline] Actually, no it's not the HDD, its the read/write speeds of the USB stick right next to it.

No-ports masterrace. I just imagine the sound coming out of my PC.
Digital interface mustard race.
No-ports masterrace. I just imagine the sound coming out of my PC.
Can't get higher quality than that.

So my xeons and pad swap stickers came. [t]http://i.cubeupload.com/GgOHJn.jpg[/t] Time to see what machines can take them. [t]http://i.cubeupload.com/bGd9c3.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.cubeupload.com/jzqjnW.jpg[/t] Looks like you can install them in an acer veriton m464.
Pepper;43735825']So my xeons and pad swap stickers came. Looks like you can install them in an acer veriton m464.
I want to do this, but I can't find if it does or doesn't work in an Intel D975XBX2 mobo
Back ports master race.
I wish I could use my back ports, but my headphone cable broke at two spots, so I had to shorten it down to like half a meter. So whenever I want to listen to shit I have to sit half way under my table, no way I'm going to use my back ports. :v: [editline]31st January 2014[/editline] I'm gonna get me some 100€ phones + proper DAC-AMP soon.
God, copying 1.7 TB from a 2TB HDD to a 4TB HDD takes ages.
I want to do this, but I can't find if it does or doesn't work in an Intel D975XBX2 mobo
Time to find out yourself then.
I want to do this, but I can't find if it does or doesn't work in an Intel D975XBX2 mobo
The best resource for compatibility I've found is this page. Apparently Intel boards don't work as well as third party ones, but a bunch of them work just fine.
Seriously, what the FUCK. We have a Samsung SMT-G7400, and ever since we got it it brings us nothing more than trouble. It's one of those stupid smart routers, handling the phone as well, and it does it horribly. The WLAN signal it gives off is just weak, you're not getting more than 20 mb/s of 100 mb/s if you're connected wireless, it just cuts out every now and then, but it doesn't stop. Since a month ago or something, it also started fucking up the phone, this thing made us think that our old dual handset phone broke, which is not the case. Someone just called, I could hear her, but she couldn't hear me. And on our old dual handset phone the caller couldn't hear me, and I couldn't hear the caller. UPC needs to get their shit straight, ever since my dad fell for this piece of shit it's nothing more than bullshit.
