Did chrome canary break for anyone else? Regular chrome still works fine canary just crashes if i click anything
yep, google broke canary
[editline]8th February 2014[/editline]
Atleast it's not youtube thats broken this time.
[editline]8th February 2014[/editline]
It's been broken for about a day now.
How come whenever I have a game patching (war thunder, planetside 2, eso, ect) it just kills my internet traffic? Its not even coming close to using all my bandwidth, but any webpage takes 10X longer to load.
Who's your ISP?
i dreamt i found 20 quid in my pocket
sad
I dreamt I had an oculus rift and every game that I tried with it kept crashing whereas everyone else who used it had it work fine.
I honestly think it did that because my brain doesn't know what the Rift is like so it just used filler info. :v:
I never remember much of my dreams, but I remember enough that I'm usually lucid dreaming to some extent.
Who's your ISP?
Midcontinent
So I've got a Jolla now
It feels nice, though the lack of apps is a bit sad. Fortunately this thing can actually run android apps - including Play Services, which means even gapps work.
If you're right.
I will pay any price to get a Windows 7 Pro key and you'll find me switching back to windows 7 very very soon.
At least install 8.1.
And I think BRT got loads of Windows 7 keys?
I got a folder full of them on my desktop too.
Yea, I trade them for stuff on reddit now.
Why on earth doesn't Firefox have Right click to open image in new tab by default? I shouldn't have to download an extension for basic functionality.

This is what I hear when my brother is hyper again.
Like, seriously I'm surprised the cops didn't show up yet.

What does your right click list look like?
That opens it in the tab you're viewing, not a new tab.
Why on earth doesn't Firefox have Right click to open image in new tab by default? I shouldn't have to download an extension for basic functionality.
Can't you just middle click?
Which, yes, is annoying.
[editline]8th February 2014[/editline]
Pepper;43839741']Can't you just middle click?
Doesn't work on pictures for me.
If you middle click the "View Image" list item it will open in a new tab.
You can also ctrl click it, or if you shift click it will open in new window.
oh.
what's the big deal about needing an extension for something not everyone particularly cares about
what's the big deal about needing an extension for something not everyone particularly cares about
Because its enabled by default in Chrome and is one of the most useful features on Chrome.
I'd classify it as more of a minor annoyance
[editline]8th February 2014[/editline]
But that's solved I guess.
okay I doubt it but worth a shot. Anyone here have a roku and use their android device to stream content from the youtube app to your roku? Since the last youtube update I've not had the little send to tv icon on any videos on my phone and I have no idea why it's no longer working. Worked perfectly last week.
USPS is run by a bunch of dumb butts. For whatever reason they redirected one of my packages to where I use to live despite the address on the box being my current address.
Because its enabled by default in Chrome and is one of the most useful features on Chrome.
so since when is everything modelled after chrome
Midcontinent
hm, I was asking because it's possible your ISP is throttling your connection when it detects torrents (your game patchers), but I've never heard of that ISP before so I don't actually know.
It took me 11 hours to soft-brick my phone.
Amazing.
So these just came to my door today after ordering them almost a year ago

WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?!
It won't even let me run the show in the background so I can listen to it!
FUCK YOU NETFLIX!
[editline]6th February 2014[/editline]
AHA! I have defeated it by changing my useragent to Firefox 3.5!
Suck it, Netflix!

Day late here, but this would be all the motivation I needed to cancel a netflix subscription on the spot, if I had one. Shit like that pisses me off like you would not believe, especially because apps are shit 100% of the time. There is always some basic core functionality that just ceases to exist.

Were you not able to cancel the order?

What? Did the shipping company have them in some warehouse and when they were just checking packages and they found that these haven't been shipped yet? Like...how the fuck does that even happen?
