Holy shit I knew it was theoretically possible but actually seeing it in the flesh does surprise me.
Actually looking at my post history, it was you. :v:
I never listened to it for feeling it would be cringey or something but some of that I like. "Take me away" appeals somehow especially. [editline]13th February 2014[/editline] sometimes I don't realise there's been a new page
It's actually rarely him. He just brings on other singers to do the main stuff, sometimes he'll pop in to do some background stuff. Idk, his stuff has some charm to it.

[editline]13th February 2014[/editline]
Actually looking at my post history, it was you. :v:
Yeah I knew it should technically work, but for it to work on a GMA does surprise me.
i don't know if it's the beer talking or what but I totally just scored a date tomorrow. :quagmire:
Intel GMAs 950 and beyond were fucking power houses. Literally 950, 915 and the x4500 were great. Back on the old E2120 that I had it was on a 945 and it struggled everything. 950 had everything.
I wouldn't exactly call the 950 a powerhouse, considering it struggles at Source games, but I'll give it credit where credit is due. According to Intel's spec sheet, it can do up to 2048x2536 (analog and digital) which is much bigger.
God damn it. The new motherboard for my T61 arrived and the ebay seller sent me the wrong one. I was ordering one with one of the Quadro FX 570M chips, got one with an NVS 140M... (Yes, I know either way it'll probably die in a year, but I just wanted something cheap to use for the next few months that was more powerful than the Acer crapbox I had)
i don't know if it's the beer talking or what but I totally just scored a date tomorrow. :quagmire:
What's its name Edit: I'm lonely.
945 crashed at orange box engine 950 ran it perfectly with out breaking a sweat in my opinion that's a good example.
For some reason Orange Box only ran on mine with a certain parameter so it wouldn't crash at saves. And apparently the Windows 7 WDDM drivers let me play Portal and such with proper lighting, as opposed to XP. Don't know why that was. TF2 was a no go, even back when it was first released.
[editline]13th February 2014[/editline] Anyways, anyone tried f.lux?
Anyways, anyone tried f.lux?
Some love it. Some hate it. It's been brought up and trashed/praised a thousand times.
Anyone think they can help me with this problem? I'm trying to connect to my schools 'private' wifi network, but i'm having a lot of problems. I'm trying to use my laptop running Ubuntu 13.04. The school has a wifi network that mainly only their school MacBooks connect to. They gave out the password to a select few students who they trust , and i'm one of them for whatever reason (its a variant of qwerty123, so its not like i wouldn't have figured it out anyways). Sounds easy right? Wrong. Their wifi network seems that it can only be seen on the Mac's, and on my computer it shows nothing. When i attempt to connect to a hidden network on my computer using the wifi name that the macs show, doesn't connect at all. Now heres whats stumping me even more. When I start monitoring wifi with airodump-ng, it shows 5-6 different networks, with no BSSID associated, and all with the same probe name. They all have different station MAC addresses too.
[t]http://good-mechs.info/secret/dogepi.jpg[/t] I bought a tiny computer using imaginary money I made with my graphics card.
I use f.lux and I still use photobucket.
I bought a tiny computer using imaginary money I made with my graphics card.
I'm ordering you a dozen pizzas as we speak
[t]http://good-mechs.info/secret/dogepi.jpg[/t] I bought a tiny computer using imaginary money I made with my graphics card.
how long did it take you to mine that much?
how long did it take you to mine that much?
I mined a whole bunch in December when the difficulty was still really low. Back then I could get that much overnight but if I tried to do it now it would take me weeks.
I just try to stick to using dark websites at night, or having a lamp in the background.
Or y'know turn the damn ceiling light on
Or y'know turn the damn ceiling light on
But the light burns.
back with more GPU stuff. haven't really seen any of the artifacts yet, since they only seem to appear once the PC has been on for a while. noticed that the idle temperature of the primary GPU is very high though. speaking of 60-70c high on idle. tried cranking the fans to max and it drops down to 51c, which is better but still a lot higher than I'm comfortable with. second GPU for instance is as low as 32c. Try cleaning and replacing thermal paste.
But the light burns.
It burns us, precious. Nah, really, a desk lamp behind my monitor does wonders to my vision.
I don't feel like typing all this out again so It's happened two times now wtf is going on [editline]13th February 2014[/editline] no it's not you fucking liar!
Windows occasionally does that to me too, and when I check task manager I'm using like 3 out of 12 GB. Yes I'm running 64 bit.
I just had everything shit itself too :v: Trying to get PS3 controller working, installed DS3 tool, (Was planning to use a different .exe for it that doesn't try to phone home and load ads) Everything's suddenly running slow as hell, stuff blinking, checked task manager and fucking explorer was using 3GB of ram Killed explorer and everything completely froze for a moment [editline]13th February 2014[/editline] Halfway through I got a friend request from some random, accepted it, then he removed me before I could talk I think he was a trader who added me before reading the big "I DON'T TRADE" on the top of my profile
Windows occasionally does that to me too, and when I check task manager I'm using like 3 out of 12 GB. Yes I'm running 64 bit.
it happened again help I'm going to bed I can deal with it in the morning (also my computer is turning off for windows updates)
Whoever corrected me last week about VGA being able to do 2560 x 1440, I'm sorry I ever doubted you. [t]http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/14575796/Phots/IMG_20140212_210742.jpg[/t] A GMA 950 on my 7 year old laptop was able to push that resolution easy. A little blurry because the VGA output sucks period, but its usable. As a minor note, my Monoprice 27" monitor reports itself as a WIT 72" over VGA. Whatever that is.
Wow, you forced a computer to do an unsupported res and have a console open in what I assume is linux, you know a shitload more about computers than me. I salute you  .
[t]http://good-mechs.info/secret/dogepi.jpg[/t] I bought a tiny computer using imaginary money I made with my graphics card.
We are truly living in the future. [editline]13th February 2014[/editline]
Anyways, anyone tried f.lux?
I like it but it keeps fucking with my screen calibrations, so I had to stop using it.
Wow, you forced a computer to do an unsupported res and have a console open in what I assume is linux, you know a shitload more about computers than me. I salute you  .
But it's not an unsupported res? [editline]13th February 2014[/editline] Re: F.Lux: it's good because it helps me go to sleep easier and bad because it fucks up some games and other full screen programs.
http://store.steampowered.com/tag Holy shit, no Steam. No. Bad. This is really bad. Look at last.fms mistake. It's the absolute worst thing about the site. And Steam has an even more cancerous community. Stop...
Personally, I can't wait for useful tags like 'Hat Simulator', 'Not Half-Life 3' and 'OFF DA RAILZ'.
