Next time look in the right corner on the login screen if it says Restart in 2 days etc.
Yeah my Clevo restarted its self lastnight and I had lots of stuff open in tabs I wanted to read in the morning. There is a way to turn it off but I can't remeber :suicide:
How about Keep Tabs from previous session?
How about Keep Tabs from previous session?
Because most of the time I don't want it to do that, I mean its never restarted on me like that before. Also does £20 sound decent for a 19inch 1440x900 monitor?
Comcast is a pile of garbage. We've been having issues on and off for the past week and they A) refuse to send someone to come check what is going on or B) pretend there is nothing wrong and essentially tell us to deal with it. We were lucky on Friday to have a few hours of a stable connection but since then it's gone to shit again.
Is there a guide to making VLC play media files at highest possible quality? I would use MPC-HC but it has problems playing the files I converted from MKV's to MPEG for playback on my PS3.

Comcast support is borderline nonexistent in our area, but service is almost never a problem. Additionally, call up and demand support or threaten termination. More specifically, get the people who handle account termination on the line and tell them you want support or it's over. Say you will go to DSL or some other company available in your area, and say that any attempt to add termination fees will not be accepted because they failed to provide advertised services. A somewhat empty threat, but it gets people moving.
I'm in the Atlanta area.
I brought all three of the greatest qualities in the Source engine into one screensaver.
I'm trying to remember the last time I used a screensaver.
that battlestation
but what does the launch button do?
On the think pad Fn key discussion, I have an option on my X220 to swap them over in the bios, works fine for me.
There's nothing for the T400, Lenovo said they were going to add it but never did. There's a BIOS hack, but I'd still left with a bigass FN key
Next time look in the right corner on the login screen if it says Restart in 2 days etc.
login screen? nigga who do you think i am? a casual? 24/7/365 uptime on the desktop over here
but what does the launch button do?
Oh, you don't press that. Fun fact: Maze98 works under Windows 7.
login screen? nigga who do you think i am? a casual? 24/7/365 uptime on the desktop over here
You don't lock your PC?

[editline]16th February 2014[/editline] ohhh i'm jealous of those old iPods.
sorry I fail to see how not locking my pc is dumb if literally not one other soul in the world is going to get on it (and why would they? the only thing on my comp is schoolwork, tv shows/movies, and vidya) I don't want to have to jump through hoops to use my comp I don't have any financial shit on here, or any porn or other particularly compromising material that I wouldn't want being exposed besides passwords saved for a few low-risk sites I frequent, like facepunch
terrorists
I can't figure out what the third one is.
ERROR's, missing textures, and that default brick texture that looks awful.
I don't lock my desktop at home. My laptop locks when you close the lid, and hibernates if you are on battery, but my desktop? Why bother? Sensitive information is stored in an encrypted volume that does require a password. Beyond that, if I have to worry about someone in the house doing or tampering with my computer, I have other, larger problems at hand.
Oh no I have free next day delivery from eBuyer, this is dangerous for my wallet.

I trust the others in the house not to go snooping through my shit, mostly because they're afraid of breaking something. I really should put a password on my ultrabook since I bring that shit everywhere, but a lot of the time I just want it to turn on as fast as possible.
I think you could look at it like an "Engineering School" Made for Apprentices for jobs like Programmers, Sysadmins, and anything that has to do with Machines or technology. They claimed to be the "Most technologically advanced" school in Switzerland, and point to such great things as "We are using moodle for our students" and "We do everything digitally" and "Our classrooms have digital whiteboard, but no one uses them"
Sounds like my comp sci class minus the fancy digital white boards. We used to have them but they're gone now... Or they're somewhere else in my school.

My father would know around it, but does not bother, since he knows it's not worth the hassle, if I find out.
Sounds like my comp sci class minus the fancy digital white boards. We used to have them but they're gone now... I actually really want to play TTT help.
I actually really want to play TTT help.
So, play TTT.
Well I have a password on my desktop to boot it, but I don't lock it.
