GY-X2. It was a freebie but the lens alone was worth it. It's S-VHS. DVcam is still a few thousand dollars. At least you get timecode.
Hey, who here plays 8bitMMO? Let's build a city or something.

So, I needed two computers for going between my mum's and my dad's, but now that I'm moving out. I only need one. How much should I be able to get for these two?
Machine 1 i5 2500k GTX 560 ti 1tb Hard Drive 8gb of RAM 750w SilverStone Modular PSU Windows 7 HAF 912 Case Hyper 212 Cooler (No disk drive)

Machine 2 i3 3220 Stock Intel Cooler AMD 7850 8gb of Ram 120gb SSD 1tb HDD Corsair TX650w PSU Windows 8 (disk drive)
I was thinking maybe I should switch the i3 and disk drive into machine 1, then sell it. Get a nice GPU ( or two :P ) and run triple screens w/ a mount. Thoughts?
To anyone that has LOIC or some other DoS tool, I wanna do some server stress testing. My bandwidth isnt great but maxed out I think I can stress test my server pretty well. Can you do a DoS attack using http packets on http://compuboot.in/ ? Please don't let it run for any longer than 8 hours though.
LoIC is pretty garbage.
:l That's pretty stupid even if you're not gonna use it. Some apps need IE to work. But I think you can install it here:
Well I didn't uninstall the desktop version, just the Metro version, which is not on that list apparently.
Well I didn't uninstall the desktop version, just the Metro version, which is not on that list apparently.
Apparently a SFC scan will bring it back
Never used skydrive. Is it good compared to dropbox?
I just use SkyDrive with school because it had a basic Office suite and OneNote for mobile devices. Since we recently gotten a subscription, I've been using it tons more because I now had the resources. It works nicely with Office for working. For Dropbox, I just use it for permanent hosting of files and camera uploads. [editline]19th February 2014[/editline]
mine still says skydrive on both my W8 machines.
Not for me that is. You might need to update it.
G500 operation was a success, I swear it took me a straight hour to get that little cunt of a spring back in place
sadness I always used the free version.
I just use RDP and SSH anyways in Windows and Linux respectively. Do everything I need them to do. I guess one upside to LogMeIn was that it had a few other features, like not messing with firewall and port forwarding rules, and built in file transfers but its not worth the money to me.
What's better about LogMeIn over Teamviewer?
The Mac squiggle key is used more often than I would have thought. It's the Windows Key on my keyboard. I've always preferred Teamviewer. Been working fine for me for the past 4 or 5 years or so

Its the only key that otherwise has no purpose in Windows world. Throws me off when I dual boot on my Macbook though. I have to force myself to remember that its Command+C, not Ctrl+C in OSX and vice versa in Windows. [editline]19th February 2014[/editline] I want them to select a random town in the Midwest. A vast majority of small ones they could probably get set up in a day or three. In one of the nearby towns, the cable company equipment is a shed. No really. Imagine the shed in your backyard, with "Alliance Communications" on the side and there you go. Granted, that won't happen for a long time, because it won't be profitable.
