I also feel like I'm more productive at night. I find that 85% of the time I'm doing some work on a server or old computer or something, its between the hours of 12AM - 6 AM.

I'm curious to hear how I did on it. No matter how energetic I act while recording, my dialogue always sounds quite flat.
The opening sounds like blatant lies, though after that it sounds good.

I liked the review, it helped me decide that while the game does sounds good it isn't something I'd play.
I tried to add in little moments of randomness to avoid sounding so montonous.

Because I made it sound bad, or because I described it enough to make your decision? I don't want to paint games as one or the other as much as I can.
It was because you described it enough that I was able to get the jist of the game. While I do like RTS and city building games it's the lack of an objective that turns off my interest.
But I would consider getting it if it ever went on sale.

Tbh, if the game had like a barbarian or a rioting system that'd be pretty neat.

Before watching the review, the "I've been really excited for Banished for a while now. . ." sounds like blatant lies.
After watching it, you can differentiate the subtle changes and hear that it's actually not blatant lies.
It's just so subtle that you very likely can't hear it the first time.
Or at least I didn't.

Ok, I think I know what you're saying. So perhaps my intro sounded slightly sarcastic, I can see that. And it's not clear that it's not until you rewatch it. Shame.
I don't think I want to re-record it, but perhaps I could edit the beginning some how to make that different.

Your voice sounds very chill and mellow, it's like you were laid back, drinking some beer in your computer desk while you were recording it.
I just re-recorded the intro to feel more genuine and hopefully more dynamic.
But overall you think I covered the game fairly and throroughly? my fear is missing some major aspects.

At least he asked me first, instead of another friend who went out and bought a similar eBay shitbox, then ended up replacing the HDD, GPU, and PSU, and after just over a year the FX-4100 drives him mad.
