Since it's always better to get a warning that something want to change shit with administrative rights rather than not knowing what the fuck is going on.

Are you using a laptop or mobile device to run Hangouts in your end? If pc, switch browsers. Try opening it in Incognito mode (try to enable the extension in the settings for Incognito mode too). If Android device, reboot and try again, if still broken clear the cache and app data and try again. If iOS, reinstall.

This. Back when I had to use Vista I did have UAC turned off but ran Spybot TeaTimer in paranoid mode instead.

Oh, legacy software and UAC. I have software I need for work that _needs_ admin privileges or it crashes sometimes. Isn't even kind enough to crash on load. If everything isn't admin it will just decide to crash randomly.
We had to call the fire department. The problem is the neighbors drain was poorly maintained. So all their massive property's water was pouring into our lot. It got within an inch of our back door, too, so we had to call for help. They brought out a pump truck and cleared us out, but we can't rely on them. Also our pump's impeller exploded and now we're completely fucked if we get another hard rain. Oh and we are getting one and it's due to arrive in 2 hours. My dad's gone out to find a pump, any pump. We're so fucked.
duct up your computer tower and run a hose from one end to the box, then another out another fan slot and sacrifice your computer as an emergency pump

So we managed to save the studio. I resurrected our pump and plugged it into a big 240-volt transformer. The bearings were shot after an hour but it was enough to completely drain the back lot. Then my dad got back with a massive 4500 gallon-per-hour waterfall pump, which solved our problems fairly easily.
EDIT: Just for reference, our old pump was 300GPH(600 when I overcharged it).
