I'm on the latest 14.2 Beta drivers and it seems to bluescreen during youtube video playback.
And this didn't come across odd to you?
Try using stable builds?
just delete ccc, that's what google said.
I get the same BSOD once a month or so.

the fact that this is even a thing is unacceptable
get your fucking shit together AMD
I like how it's not even games, but youtube videos that the drivers can't handle
Son of a bitch.
In the process of setting up security on the server while drunk I denied anyone in the Users group full access to the C: drive because that's an admin-only area.
Somehow this includes people in the Administrators group and overrides their full access.
I just fucking locked myself out of the server.

I find it a complete joke that the mouse pointer corruption glitch is still a thing with ATI/AMD drivers.
My 5770 has had the bug happen randomly a handful of times, and it's been happening really frequently lately. Want to get a new PC soon and I'm probably going to switch to NVidia because of dumb bullshit like this.
Hackers is so good. I need to watch it again.
I wonder if anyone has the weird-ass "boot screens" from the end-part of the movie (at the Grand Central station when they hack the Gibson) somewhere in good quality, I feel like ricing my laptop and GRUB2 allows for custom splash screens, never tried it though.
I'm encoding all my music to 128Kbps Opus, come at me audiophiles.

I've also gotten the mouse corruption glitch a few times now, they have like 3-4 weeks of time between occurring, and they randomly fix themselves. Also using a 5770, also switching to Nvidia with next card.
128Kbps AAC best.
64kbps WMA amazing-race
(This is what I actually used six years ago)
both times I have had the crash, it has been when I am afk and the computer is maybe going to sleep or smth.
7850HD here.
I converted my MP3's of a few albums to AAC.
It cut the HDD size in half, and idk if it's just a placebo, but the AAC version sounds kinda better.

TB of FLAC reporting in.

If you transcoded from a lossy source, it's definitely a placebo.
TB of FLAC reporting in.
IDK but sometimes FLAC feels just so inefficient. So much space to store a few lossless Audio files, and the quality is increased by a minimal amount. (idk if my hearing is bad, but I don't hear any difference in FLAC and AAC/MP3 at all).
Hey guys, can you recover a RAID 5 with only 2 drives recognised as members if it's just a controller issue and the drives aren't actually damaged?

That's funny, I've got CCC running for a month or three, didn't have any BSOD so far, I'm just running 13.12 (knocked on my desk).
Same thing goes for YouTube and Steam, I hear complaints of other users, while here everything is just fine.

They're all conspiring together to start sucking at the same time for maximum effect

Well, who doesn't like pancakes ?
Personally I'm going to celebrate "Gaben actually does his AMA" day.
Unless the email I saw in /r/PCMasterRace was fake. In which case I'll murder the guy who posted it.
His AMA was a day late I'm never buying another Valve game again
Did I imagine the last one he did?
well that's just fucking great, someone stole an access point in one of the classrooms
well that's just fucking great, someone stole an access point in one of the classrooms
I wondered why you'd steal one of those for a minute, then I remembered how fucking expensive they are :v:
I just remembered the horror form one of the toilets in my old school. The horror you could find in there would make any network admin cringe. In there you could find a table next to the toilet (if I remember correctly so was this a handicap toilet, so there was enough room for a table or two in there), a broken light, and then to top it all of: cables, meter upon meters of cables in various colors. Might even have been some not in use equipment in there, can't remember.
I had random BSODs, crashes to desktop, desktop glitches, failing to return from S3 the lot with both my 7850 and 7950 which were used in different rigs on different windows installs.
Since moving back to the green team I have a grand total of 0 graphics related issues.
Anyone who says that the CCC is now a fully functional piece of software on par with Nvidia Control Panel is either bullshitting or a fucking moron.
The only time I've had issues with my nividia drivers crashing was when I was trying to mine dogecoins. :v:
Other than those instances, I've been issue free.
So who else hates the new Google Maps?
It performs like absolute shit for me, maps loading slower than before, jittery movement, things like directions and opening locations taking a minute to do anything

It's running like shit here too. You scroll in and it stays all shitty low quality vector-like for 10+ seconds before it gets more vector points.
