Blogpunch alert? I drank so much coffee yesterday, I slept about 4 hours and I'm still awake without any problems, and my body gave up on processing the caffeine, not only does the piss smell of coffee, so do the farts. I'm going to suffocate myself soon if my body doesn't fix the situation. Drinking lots of water, trying to flush my system.

Does the spoon vibrate?
i want an eizo panel
As awesome as a 24" widescreen CRT can be you're really better off with an LCD panel. I don't care about your black levels. It's bad when you have to buy a hardwood desk specifically to support the weight of the monitor. When I helped my friend setup his desk frame for his two years ago it took six months for the 1/2" particle board to give out under the weight. The bezels shattered in the fall but now he runs them skinless and hanging from the ceiling using bolts and steel cable. They're not worth the effort to use. Edited: On the other hand they make great conversation starters at conventions and events so I keep one around. It would be worth it to build a VFO profile for the monitor so I could drag it and an SGI down to QuakeCon. Be the only guy there with a machine the size of a mini fridge, needing 240v power, using one of the largest consumer CRT's and fragging the good ol' way with (formerly) half a million dollars in hardware.
Trust me, I seriously don't give a shit. Besides the weight would have its advantage, no one in their right mind would think twice about stealing it.

After calling the police I would probably stand there laughing at him.

fun facts: 24" wide crts are classed as weapons by the DoD and you need to pass a background check before being allowed to own one. once you own it, you may not export or resell it.
eating chipotle salad as if it were a dip with chips. I'M PROUD TO BE AN AMRECIAN
It's almost heavier than me
You come home with your window busted out and you find the burglar in writhing in back pain from trying to lift the monitor off the desk. After calling the police I would probably stand there laughing at him.
Imagine if he dropped it on his foot.
Pepper;44139172']Imagine if he dropped it on his foot.
There would be no foot anymore and the monitor would crash through the floor to the basement.
It's almost heavier than me
Are you secretly a CRT?
maybe warship found himself on the side of the street
Nothing more awkward than being asked to photoshop your boss while you're at work for a prank alt-tab-fu go
fun facts: 24" wide crts are classed as weapons by the DoD and you need to pass a background check before being allowed to own one. once you own it, you may not export or resell it.
sarcasm detector broken if true, what's the source on that?
seems like we had another power surge, this place is terribly wired i get electric shocks from the laptops in the computer room some replaced psu's later it's up again
If you get electric shocks from electrical equipment then you should check your grounding. If your grounding is bad, then your computer may take damage from it.
It's almost heavier than me
I was sick a couple months ago and I weighed as little as 91 lbs at one point, so for a time that monitor did weigh more than me. Pentium can I buy it from you?
If you get electric shocks from electrical equipment then you should check your grounding. If your grounding is bad, then your computer may take damage from it.
we don't have the money to fix everything, it's bugging me
we don't have the money to fix everything, it's bugging me
If your grounding is really bad, then the cost of switching dying parts one after the other will be more expensive, believe me. I had bad grounding myself, and both my video cards died. You can check for bad grounding yourself though. Just use an multimeter, and measure the voltage between ground and the phases. Edit: If nothing, then you should atleast try to isolate your computer entirely from ground if your grounding is bad, and you won't fix it. That should prevent the shocks you're getting. And if some you get some kind of electrical failure in something, then you atleast know that the power won't be diverted into your computer. Just to say, it will be an possible fire hazard, but if your grounding is already bad then its not much of an difference.
we don't have the money to fix everything, it's bugging me
You should consider looking into it once you get the funds though. Badly grounded electrical outlets are a serious safety and equipment damage hazard.
I almost have 900 songs on my phone. Holy fuck.
I had like 1200 songs on my old W660 phone at one point. It was...slow
I have 850 songs on mine. All 128kbps Vorbis. Still have 3.8 GB free space. :v:
I don't like putting music on my phone. Would drain too much battery to listen to music the amount I do using my iPod whilst using it for twitter, reddit, etc as well.
sarcasm detector broken if true, what's the source on that?
if i told you i'd have to kill you
The school doesn't have any money at the moment, if we're gonna redo the wiring everything has to be remodeled.
if i told you i'd have to kill you
my security clearance is better than yours
welp missed the pebble sale [editline]5th March 2014[/editline] I might get one off ebay sometime soon I guess
Aaa I hate it when people sit next to me because when I start typing something they turn and look at me like I'm fucking Jesus or something. I know 80-90WPM is pretty impressive but come on...
