My Razer Blackwidow stopped working completely and I couldn't tell what was wrong with it.
Although every time I unplugged the USB cable, the metal was burning hot. I'd say even the cable was molten at one spot, or at least malformed IIRC.
Also all my USB devices would stop working if I ever moved the cables. I haven't tried it now that I've got a new keyboard and mouse.

Less than a year after getting my Blackwidow, the firmware shat itself randomly and it wouldn't connect to my computer. They had me mail it to them at my own expense ($25), which was frustrating.

Shitposting aside, I called BC Hydro today and asked what the fuck is wrong with my electrical bill.
I'm aware that we're abnormally high consumers month after month but almost two weeks ago the meter pegged and it's been there since. As awesome as their $2 billion smart meter rollout plan was they can't give me any fucking statistics on what the fuck is wrong other than we're still consuming something like 9Kwh after I unplugged all my shit. They won't correct the bill either unless we pay for a guy to come out here and confirm that we really aren't suing that much power.

Could you have a short somewhere leading to a hot ground, constantly leaking power?
Don't you have a whizzy dial or a usage indication on your meter?
If you have a whizzy dial you could turn off various breakers and see if any of them drastically slows it down.
