Yeah, no problem, PM me or add me on steam and I'll gladly help ye out. Also, I haven't really done much online, but I tried out the web browser as well as playing videos from external storage and it worked fine.
It's pretty much a precautionary thing to avoid online multiplayer / psn, but any normal functions of the PS3 should work (bar otherOS) and MultiMAN is pretty versatile as a video player, game library and file manager.

the high level support is really the engineers that take time to see what is broken and try to fix it
the low level support is to sort out the cases to help pages, tutorials and other stuff, then it goes higher up the support chain

I always reheat pizza slizes in the toaster oven. Microwaving it just makes it gross and soggy.
