I haven't really looked into it but I'm hoping that my sony google tv will get updated (although I feel like it's probably been forgotten already)

Only if you don't have a computer hooked up to it already. Also Roku is coming out with a competitor.

Sending YouTube videos to it via your phone or tablet is nice.
I don't see myself using it much, it would be collecting dust. Maybe in the summer when I'm not busy with school.
more like
b. fuck up all intended and carefully designed airflow, and introduce completely unfiltered dust and particles shooting everywhere in your case
Most cheap cases have no filtering or carefully designed airflow, if he's trying to cool a machine he bought or built from spare parts a fan should help
I'm a special case, but I need the AC on and case off unless I want my card to start seizing up from temperature, because I'm trying to cram a double-slot GPU and a 65w TDP CPU inside a micro-tower prebuilt.
I don't get it.
I render the original project and it goes to 99.9%, then fails.
I export as a DV AVI to make everything one file and there's no problem but the output is massive.
So you take the DV AVI and render that with the settings of the original project. Again, 99.9%, then it fails. Okay, switch to MPEG4 form H.264. Same shit. The fuck?

Upgrade premier.
If it's all your video editors fault, might as well keep the massive render and use something else to compress it.
Or piss off Google and your ISP and upload the 700GB file
[editline]19th March 2014[/editline]
actually what version of premiere pro are you using?

We the people of the year of our lord 2014 aren't able to help you with your issue, have you tried asking on any BBSs? Try local ones first, don't wanna spend too much phone credit.
Well there's your problem.
Because CS4 won't totally eat my overhead.
Oh right, this is where you demand I upgrade instead of buying other shit.
Don't forget to donate. ;)
Really, what does CS4 for example have over 2.0 other than a rearranged UI, more compression options and a bunch of other shit I'll never need?
$20 says if we could render this on another and newer machine it will choke for the same mysterious reason.

Do you really not see the irony with this statement?
Do you really not see the irony with this statement?
No, I just know that every time I have an issue the universal response from this thread is "HURR, UPGRADE U PLEB" because you are mainly spoiled shits.
The fuck do you think has a higher priority in my life?
-A modern computer
-A car that runs
No, I just know that every time I have an issue the universal response from this thread is "HURR, UPGRADE U PLEB" because you are mainly spoiled shits.
When you're constantly running into walls because you're using 15 year old software and expecting a solution from people who use current stuff, what do you even expect? "instead of buying other shit" implies you have some sort of income you could save until you scrape together the money for something from this decade, or you could just get CS4/5 by other means (do you have like, a moral obligation with Adobe or something)
I have not had a job in a year. I've been living off life savings and an eight month old disability grant for university. The fact I'm still able to even afford to play with this shit is amazing.

oh so you're that kind of person
give us a break
fucking sell your shit, get your life together, then bitch about shit not working
how goes the job hunt? you'd think someone with fresh experience working old hardware would be right at home in some government or large company office.
how goes the job hunt? you'd think someone with fresh experience working old hardware would be right at home in some government or large company office.
Yeah, totally easy to job hunt when you're already working 130% to pass university classes. Perhaps I'll pass English 0600 on the third attempt? Possibly Math 0410 on the second?
I'm not particularly enjoying this lifestyle so don't think I'm deliberately living like this. I'd love to be making a six figure salary, like my sister.

Budgeting 101: Don't buy nonessential shit if you're struggling to pay your bills.
Is this concept that hard to grasp for you?
But this MIPS is only 4.50$! I can buy 100 of them!
How far are you from Richmond?
I posted a playlist in the Videos section where they tour Shenzhen factories where they make the cheap shitty Allwinner Android tablets, and $200 laptops etc.
It got me thinking. The factory jobs that these Chinese workers, are basically the jobs that the American middle-class used to work.
Did America technically sell the concept of the middle-class to China, instead of killing it?
It would make sense, you move middle-class jobs from America to China, suddenly there's no real middle-class in America and then the standard of living starts to improve in China.

That shit IS part of the budget.
$40 monthly allocation for junk (electronics, booze and food). Balanceable in lumps for large purchases.
It's a few lines down the spreadsheet from my monthly $120 budget for gas.
Leaving space for entertainment in the budget has been proven to be important, people end up just killing themselves without it.
$40 a month for electronics, alcohol and junk food sounds extremely reasonable to me. Especially when I use more than that.
Ar-fucking-har, seems like Digital River's Windows 7 Home .iso is broken and I might have to go onto Pirate Bay.
Hoping this'll get me a working .iso to shove into a USB stick.

Annnd...dead.
Welp, I keep trying to get a .iso but nope.
Broken or dead.

Found one that works. Hopefully this'll work.

I've got an ISO that's every version of win7 on one disk (Ult, Pro, Home Prem, 32/64 bit). If you can't get one that works just PM me or something
Thats why I keep a USB win7 boot disk

What made you reach this conclusion? You sure you didn't cock up any other step, or the download itself?

That's not every version, that's the standard with a bit swapped. If it includes Enterprise it's somewhat special.
