The i5's I use for gaming rigs. One is in my dorm room and one at my folk's house, the 2500k is a bit more powerful, but that has more to do with it having a much more powerful GPU (7870 vs 6850). CPU wise, they are almost identical in perceived performance.

I tighten down if I'm not going to be tilting, but this shot was going to use a tilt up, so I just hadn't yet balanced the camera.
My tripod head is a pain for video, unless you're doing fast pans, you may as well tighten it up because it's impossible to smooth
It's got a "spring lock" apparently that makes it easy to hold unbalanced lenses, meaning you can take the damn screws out and it'll still jerk about when you start moving

Well the Mi Charger costs $11 USD (in China) and about $30USD to export it. Apparently it's hard to find in China but at the same time I'd say it's worth the exporters markup since nothing of this capacity is that low priced. Limited reviews (like 1 or 2) says it's good despite being out for over 3 months. I was expecting more reviews by now.
So yeah, I'm interested in that one specifically but what's the one you have?

Currently:
Polaris - Main computer, upgrade scored after GPU Woes December
Paradisiac - Asus Eee PC 900, only use currently is to SSH into for irssi
Shuttlecraft - Old computer, dead GPU replaced with the Geforce 7100 that came with Polaris. Currently mothballed because I don't have a use for it yet.
I've also still got the remnants of Aviator that I keep as salvage.

I use a manfrotto 701HDV which is an oilhead. I can do smooth pans and tilts with it.

My old desktop which is currently a dedicated dust-gatherer in the basement. It's a Pentium D with 2GB of RAM and integrated graphics (since I took the graphics card out.) I also have a netbook, which I last used to dick around with Fedora.
My father's office had 3 servers back in the day named after (I think) clinton's girlfriends. He said that if those three were talking, things were going well.
