It's worse when every link is an ad supported one and the download is a text file pointing you to more ad supported links and surveys in order to get to the download.

The operating system needs to be 64 bit to recognise more than 3GB of RAM, you probably have a 32 bit version.

I remember having a similar issue. Turned out to be the boot parameters that windows should use 3Gb, not 8. Check msconfig.
Linux has a mechanism called BadRAM that lets you specify memory regions as bad, so you can use memory that's faulty at some addresses.
Maybe Windows has a similar mechanism?

I used to have like 6 Intel Core i7 Extreme stickers on the back of my Droid.
Now to the topic of overclocking CPU's, which is the main reason I got this one. I've seen that it was really easy to over clock. Overclocking my GPU is as simple as dragging a slider, is there something similar for cpu's?

All of the computers in my school library were finally all upgraded to windows 7. finally, an operating system and people know how to use at this time of age that isn't over 10 years old. Funny enough I decided to keep the Windows XP stickers just to fuck with people and making them thing XP is installed and not Windows 7 (since some of them don't have stickers).
The computers are all Core 2 Duo with 4GB RAM, a much needed upgrade from the previous pentium 3GHz single core 1GB RAM laggy mess.
I haven't used the library computers in a long time... Been too busy using them Macs (because they are better).
