A good start to my birthday LAN party We almost burnt my friend's house down
A good start to my birthday LAN party We almost burnt my friend's house down
Wow. The most out of hand my lan parties get is when someone SOMEHOW sprays fucking soda on the roof. He was trying to use our Sodastream (They're okay if you expect the quality of store-brand stuff.). I have absolutely no clue how he did it but he put the syrup in and the thing fizzed up so fast and sprayed the fucking roof. I've never once been able to replicate it, even when I try. I don't understand and probably never will.
Best killer for a LAN party. When someone kills your router and you have no other way to connect all computers. Oh yeah it's happened and it was a $300 ASUS too.
Don't have any switches or Wlan in the house? :v

That in turn melts the propane dial and makes it so you can't turn the propane off from the top of the grill and have to crawl under it (after you've put the grease fire out with a fire extinguisher) and turn the valve on the tank itself off. This USB OTG adapter is like some crazy science experiment. [t]http://i.imgur.com/6x3mimY.jpg[/t] When I tell people I can charge phones with my phone, they rarely understand.
OTG / USB Host cable is badass. My Galaxy Ace SHOULD support it but doesn't. Weird. Also I charged my Ace with my fathers S2. Tried to get the USB modem working too, but that requires some kind of an app and root. What would happen if you plug 2 phones, both with the OTG cable?
Use it to play SNES on my Nexus with an xbox controller.

I bought a OTG cable so I can use a HSB stick with my tablet. Requires root :-(
I bought a OTG cable so I can use a HSB stick with my tablet. Requires root :-(
Stop being a user pleb. Be a root user master race.
Could I plug a bluetooth adapter into my Android tablet (4.0) with an USB OTG cable?
Stop being a user pleb. Be a root user master race.
I want to but I cant be added to backup my shit.
I want to but I cant be added to backup my shit.
you don't need to backup. root is safe, reaaally hard to fuck it up
I am happy that windows phone 8.1 adds USB OTG support.
Could I plug a bluetooth adapter into my Android tablet (4.0) with an USB OTG cable?
That's stretching it, considering most brands of bluetooth dongles require drivers, but we're not stopping you to try. Post results though.
Fucking firefox why. Firefox before updating from 26 to 28(it wasn't updating for whatever reason) was using over 2.5GB of ram and was freezing badly too as well) Now at version 28 I'm now getting even more freezes at 1.4GB. Jesus shit.
Do you have pentium pc? My firefox runs just fine, using around 500 MB with 9 tabs open.
Well, I've decided. The phone is now officially mine. (A friend gave this phone to me saying I could borrow it, but I gave him some speakers he could use so in fact this phone is now part of a trade). I would like to get into rooting the device. Someone showed me a forum which showed you about everything about rooting, but I lost that page. Could someone post this page please?
Fuck 2048, snapchat is the biggest threat to my productivity right now
you don't need to backup. root is safe, reaaally hard to fuck it up
I mean the files I have, unlocking the bootloader wipes the device. They're not hugely important but at the same time I want to avoid losing them if I can.
Do you have pentium pc?
Really now? Even for me Firefox still runs good.
Firefox hasn't had memory leaks in a while, at least for me. It even runs quite good on my T100 which has only 2GB of ram.
I mean the files I have, unlocking the bootloader wipes the device. They're not hugely important but at the same time I want to avoid losing them if I can.
that's new to me. You have a new sony phone or something?
Figured it out. Apparently an addon was doing some weird weird shit. (Gmail notifier)
I'm using that addon as well, mine starts freezing at around 2gb of usage as well. Whats the weird thing its doing?
Fuck 2048, snapchat is the biggest threat to my productivity right now
at the end of the day I always check the battery usage on my phone and snapchat is always responsible for > 25% of the battery drain. the perks of being sixteen
What kind of phone do you have? My phone is at 68% at the end of the day with lots of twitter usage, web and youtube.
The coolest thing I've hooked up to my phone using a USB OTG cable is my RTL2832U dongle and using it with SDR Touch.
There isn't really a way for you to use an OTG device like a USB drive or mouse and keyboard without charging your phone or tablet properly without some cable hack that I haven't tried yet. Although it will charge if your phone or tablet has wireless charging capabilities.
note 2 here, about 30% if i'm lucky :v:
