Opera Mini in an Android emulator in a Windows Vista VM on a P4.

Huh. This is better.
Always didn't like it because it felt too big but really it was a accessibility option because I changed the setting to have items on the screen to be a bit bigger.
Changing a config setting restores it to default.
Thinking of getting a glass screen protector. Thoughts?
Thinking of getting a glass screen protector. Thoughts?
Yay that you are protecting your screen?
But just make sure you apply it correctly and don't get a crap one.
Thinking of getting a glass screen protector. Thoughts?
Not necessarily in my opinion. I never had any protecting stuff on my phones.
On my Galaxy Nexus i never used a case or a glass screen protector and never had any scratches i even dropped it a few times.
Same goes for my Nokia Lumia 925 never used any case or screen protector for that either. Also doesn't have any scratches on the glass. Only some small tiny scratches on the aluminum body.
My co worker also has a Nexus 5 and he doesn't have any case or screen protector either.
My phone been defenseless and it's getting damaged to the point where parts are being secured because of the damage.
Pretty much, drop it and the screen is more tighter on.

Google Ultron?
All of my phones went straight from the box into an Otter Box.
My Desire HD was brand new when I gave it to my dad, not a scratch on it.

Otterboxes are damn expensive but they're damn protective so it's worth it.
I already have difficulty using most android phones with one hand, Otterboxes make it difficult to use them with two.
I like wallet cases though because they protect from all angles (including the screen) and save you from carrying a wallet around, meaning overall less bulk.

Opera on Wii ran faster than the internet browser for PS3 for me.

The idea of a powerful console doing worse then a poorass one just makes me laugh.
I just sold my desktop machine in favour of a ~High Performance~ laptop system (Clevo P17SM), so I'm now a laptop peasant, please don't hit me.
At first I had problems with the dedicated GPU (HD 8970m) not being utilized fully (70% in pretty much any heavy application according to MSI Afterburner), due to AMD Enduro, which obviously resulted in fairly poor framerates, luckily a driver update to Catalyst Mobility 13.12 fixed this, and now it performs pretty much identical to the desktop version of a GTX 660Ti.
I've used Urban Armor Gear cases and love them, they're usually cheaper than an Otterbox, though look and feel very nice. The Ballastic case I had on my Nexus S was nice, but the bumpers were rubber and would constantly make my phone hard to take out of my pockets.
I don't use screen protectors since they always make the phone feel cheap and most of the plastic ones suck for fingerprints and make drawing with the SPen feel strange.

I probably will hit you. However, I'd do the same though. Trade in 2 machines for the price of a decent desktop replacement that will last a long time. I wouldn't have to struggle finding 2 monitors for a desktop, I'd have one near me right there.
I'd love a well-priced desktop replacement laptop for... Stuff.
Considering an E5200 cpu with 2 GB of DDR2, 1 GB of swap and only Intel IGP, ArchLinux x64 can run the BigDig modpack with the same 1 GB memory limit (Xmx) very well while on Windows x86 it ran out of ram. Maybe it's because 32bit cannot handle much. TechnicLauncher by default runs Minecraft with -Xmx1024m. On Linux my clear memory usage is around 130 MB, when the game runs the ram gets filled up to 1,5 GB and uses 200-300 MB swap. If the Xmx is set to 1 GB then how is it allocating more? And also I'm surprised that while the game ran I could open Firefox and Audacious, both doing their own job with no hiccup, nor slowdown. Doing the same would make my Winwoes stutter and slowdown the game with a less resource hungry modpack. I have a toaster, but what is this magic?

Yeah, I move around quite a lot, being able to simply slop down my main machine into a backpack and take it with me is a huge convenience. Then there's also the fact that Clevo's machines are pretty much completely upgradable, only problem is that laptop processors and GPU's are very rare and extremely expensive.
Oh, and it's pretty much the first high-performing laptop I've ever seen that doesn't look like some kind of spaceship, but has instead went for a very minimalistic look.

Battery life is a downer, so I am better off with a desktop and a ultra portable laptop for on the go.

Was actually the first thing I tested, I get around 7 hours out of it with Spotify and Chrome with a couple of tabs running, and about 3½ hours with Unigine Heaven running (Although, as I mentioned, this was when the GPU was only utilized to 70%).
I need ideas. I have a ps3 I use mainly for netflix and the last of us, and I used to have it hooked up to my second monitor via hdmi. I got a new desk and I ditched the second monitor, but the problem now is that the ps3 can't go into my monoprice monitor. It only has a DVI-d input and a vga, and the dvi is used by my computer. I saw there's a cheap converter on amazon for about 25 bucks that would let me use my ps3 into vga, but reviews say colors are shite. Any other ideas of how to use my ps3? My dad thought about a tv card sorta thing, with inputs and software to view it, but from what I know those are around $90 and the latency would be an issue if I ever played games
If i were to get a new laptop, i'd probably get a kitted out ultra book or MBA and keep a powerful gaming desktop around for when the laptop doesn't cut it.
