What the fuck is up with Firefox lately? It's crashing constantly, for no discernible reason. I'm talking about once every fifteen minutes to an hour. Only common thread I can find is that it's crashing while loading a page, not just while browsing, but the actual page doesn't seem to matter any.
I have every plugin set to ask-to-activate, and the only extensions I have are HTTPS-Everywhere, Adblock, a word-count extension and a WMP plugin helper. And I don't think Firefox has even updated recently - still on 28.0 - yet it only started yesterday.
Only problems I have are just hangs when flash decides it's going to be a shit
I always used a stiff dusting brush.
Almost exactly this:

You poke around a computer with a ESD Stick, eh?
Got 16 blu ray rips that I'm compressing the audio of. Each ones looks like it could take an hour a piece, this could take a while to say the least.
Edit: Or maybe not.
Holy fuckingj shit, I have now climbed the tip of the shitberg.
some tech dude from the corp who helps us migrate wanted to configure the VPN access for them, so they can access our network for support. He did that on the firewall.
He broke the fucking firewall. It fucking broke. It completly stopped communicating and showed no web interface, and communication trough USB would not work either.
we had to fucking telnet into the box using an RS-232 port, and factory reset the entire box.
Jesus fucking christ was my CEO mad. I guess that will put up a huge price reduction for their services.
Tomorrow we are gonna have a meeting, and I will have a fucking field day.
Can't get any worse than this.

The entire company had no network connection for a few hours.

Yes, and tomorrow is my last day before holidays, but I guess my phone is gonna get spammed by work anyway.
When it's all done, go get a nice dinner tomorrow evening.
If I see another RJ45 connector or Krone IDC punch tool I'll go insane.

On monday, im gonna go to an expensive nice chinese restaurant with family.

I've already gotten over my "Make RJ45 cables like a chinese worker" phase. Wasn't really that fun, but it all depends on which connectors you have.
I quite like making Ethernet cables, gets the length exactly right too. But I suppose I've been working with TV connectors and shit for years so its hardly unknown territory for me.
It was more out of necessity.
The IP cameras have an RJ45 socket on the back so the easiest way to do it was to directly crimp an RJ45 onto the solid core cable I'd pulled, a couple of these runs are 40-50M in length. I couldn't fit a socket and patch cable into the waterproof box. Luckily I was able to run all these cables back to a patch panel in the server rack.
Still got another 12 cameras to install.
You know it's bad when you've memorised both A and B wiring. I bought those RJ45s with the plastic carrier you insert into the plug, they're A LOT easier than the standard type.
Fucking happened again
Official Win7 ISO, burn to a perfectly clean DVD on the lowest speed with the barely used burner, put in laptop, install it, gets to the final step
"Username or password is incorrect"
Fucking broken install AGAIN
What might it be? Disk drive or hard drive

Use hirens boot CD or something to change the password of the installation. Maybe does work.
Yeah, ol Wingy got it for her sister as a present. That makes 3 CIPWTTKTers who have bought one, and we all agree its superb.
I still think Asus makes cheap plastic shit, but there's just nothing better in the $350 range. It also works a hell of a lot better than my VivoTab RT did.

I think you'll just have to give up and install Gentoo.
Goddamn our house is weird. In the bathroom my phone reception is fine, but from my bedroom that reception is nearly reduced to nothing. Dutch buildings act like they are treated with lead in the walls.
Running a surface scan through Hirens and I might have found the problem
This thing is ticking like a Geiger counter :v:
Just signed up for a daylong course on how to make a Windows Store game in Unity. Aww yiss.
my fuckin windows 8 just cocked up and now i need to create a dvd with win 8 on it to repair
but it seems that such a fucking .iso file just doesn't exist, only one microsoft has is the one to install win 8 on a win 7 pc
where can i get it

Its a great tablet, but i wish we gonna see more of these hybrid tablet/laptop but with higher specs.
and no 1366x786.
I think the surface 2 is to expensive with only having an i5 for example and 1 usb port etc.
Because i could buy a Touch Laptop from asus for less than the surface 2 pro with an faster i5 .

The main problems I have with the T100 are:
-Gross shiny plastic (seriously, manufacturers, never use shiny plastic backs on anything ever again)
-Awkward resolution (16:10 > 16:9)
-Screen seems very distant from the glass, and isn't perfectly centered with the bezels on mine
-Rubber pads on the keyboard came off after 2 weeks
It ain't bad, but it's nothing great. I still won't complain for $350. It runs better than my $120 ultrabook.

My screen looks good, i only hate it when you can see your fingerprints on the screen even whiles its turned on.
I still got all my Rubber pads on the keyboard after 6 months of useage.
It does run pretty good for a tablet.
Only thing that i find weird is this.
No matter which browser i use, IE 11, Firefox, Chrome, Opera. All of them are running slow or something like that.
For example if i play flash or htlm5 videos i get this lag as in, the video starts playing then the frames stops for a few seconds and then it returns to playing the video. Also It doesn't like to open up a lot of tabs. Games work just fine without an issue.
I used Firefox for this tablet since It uses much less memory than any other browser. Firefox 29 is more touch friendly imo than the current Firefox.
I don't understand how the browsers can slow down the system.

idk, my old Toshiba Protege (M750) does that a tiny bit when starting up a video and I always assumed it was the slow integrated graphics.
