It's a curse, if you start working on an FP app you either get permabanned or you leave and never come back for unknown reasons

No one ever gets banned for directly making an app. What happens is you make the app and you curse yourself to be pbanned for some other reason. The same way everyone has made an app has gone. You either make one and ditch it to be safe or you make one and get pbanned. It's the curse of the FP app.

If anything, the the shitty FP API should be blamed for that. It's not something that should be held responsible by the creator of the apps.

So I figured out which addon was crashing Firefox constantly.

wtf? I'm on the stable version, but the last auto-update completely wrecked my shit - crashes literally about once an hour, sometimes even more frequently than that.
So I found a problem with my setup. I forgot even in SLI, GTX580's can only do two extended monitors. 3 is only through surround. But then I thought I could simply run the TV and side monitor off the IGP. What I forgot is that the IGP has Display port and HDMI. Not DVI and HDMI. So i'll have to get an adapter if I'm going to make that work.
I could make this work easily if I turned off SLI... but, dat framerate.

Meh, there are ton of devices that does a much better job than it in terms of functionality, speed, and power usage.
The original Xbox also don't support 1080P iirc.
Calibrated one of the screens. Makes a huge difference. They are both normal gamut, so they look kind of bland compared to my wide gamut center screen. But having tweetdeck and stuff on one screen is already a huge plus.

It will play 1080p if it's in a TS container, but the xbox can only OUTPUT 1080i not p, so there's that.

It came with XBMC and that's looking pretty good, and besides that I can play the three good exclusives that came up for it since nobody ever bothered to make a decent emulator.

The old API had a ton of issues regarding permissions. Anyone could post to any thread, no matter what forum it was in, whether or not it was locked, etc. I remember making a post into the OIFY when it was completely shut down for a period of time.
