Lost my pocketknife, good enough excuse to buy a new one.
Bought this:

Super excited to get it. I'll finally have a knife worth caring for.

Yeh, it looks pretty ridiculous. But I have huge hands, and all my other pocketknives are tiny.
gonna stab some boxes or what
yeh I happen to open a lot of packages, so what
i use an exacto knife since those are fine for opening things
unless it's those stupid plastic packages that some USB drive come in, for those you need explosives or something
pocketknives are an addiction of mine. just something to collect, really. which is bad for me because my hands are scarred to hell since I should never own a knife.
stop stabbing your hands then, gosh
[QUOTE=~Kiwi~v2;44747018]oh ok i just realized why, you can ignore my last post questioning why

Dammit
When I want to see how sharp a knife is I just press my thumb into it lightly. That tells me all I need. How could you possibly need to press so hard you cut yourself?
maybe you're just not hardcore enough
gonna try out one of those 21:9 monitors. don't feel like spending a ton on something that could possibly be temporary so i bought a u2913wm

I found out today I had some typos in my Resume I had sent to like 50 different employers. And none of my friends or coworkers had seen the typos.
And my dad read it today, who had seen it like 5 times before and suddenly today saw the typo.
Much Shame. Wow.
well damn, my feet aren't hot anymore
that new gpu really did the trick
Today I get to go through all 24 of our ancient dual-single-core windows XP servers today and get their specs down so we can sell them. It's been half an hour and the first machine just finished booting. It's going to be a long day.

Boot something lightweight like UBCD or Hiren's? I haven't got my toolkit with me but I'm pretty sure one of them has a hardware configuration inspector.
Quick google shows UBCD has HWiNFO, Hiren's has a small list of various tools. Highly likely one of them can dump it straight to a text file onto a USB drive. Easy peasy.
Currently trapped in a dark room digitizing my mom's old home movies.
