An undersea internet cable broke, it's causing a lot of issues for some people. Cloudflare sites have been affected especially.

Do you guys have the mental thought process of not wanting to upgrade something before it either breaks or [I]really[/I] needs upgrading? I just don't like electronics going to waste when it's still useful. Especially when I've paid for it. My 2010 netbook is still alive and well, but used as a small server. I'm not planning on upgrading unless it breaks.

I got it for stuff i didn't even pay for. That's why the laptop i use when needed is a 2007 compaq without battery. It still works fine, so why stop using it. My old, really large, HP chassi from like 2005 stands next to the TV and is supposed to be a NAS (with total 200GB storage and, admittedly, not working)

My friends are starting to get mad at me because I keep asking "can i have that <insert computer object here>" before I've even made sure they've stopped using it themselves.

I use mine until they break. I only switched from my first phone (Motorola clamshell thing) once you could not call people and half the buttons were stuck. After that it was a Sony Ericsson P910 (baller) until those keys broke. I switched from the next phone to my S3 pretty fast though, mainly because i got a really good discount, and that phone sucked
Like, how do you go through that many phones in such a short time. My sister didn't even do that and she was the kind of person that left a phone on a slippery rock in the middle of a lake
