Would have to be done anyway, modern LCDs are stuck at 60fps regardless of the content. Its quite irritating that it is, pulldown only works without stutter at 30fps. Its as if they never bloody realised that 24 and 25 fps exist as well.

I just chuck shit through XMediaRecode, it outputs webm and can do simple shit like resizing and clipping

On my Lumia 925 i have some minor scrachtes on the bottom right edge.

Actually, I already found a copy of 14.6, and the certificate is legit (compared it to 14.4 drivers I downloaded from AMD directly).

...minor scratches? This is not minor scratches, it's shattered. It's hard to get a good photo of it but it's up the top next to the nokia logo there is a giant chunk even missing. That glass is fucked.

I know its not minor scratches but you can buy a kit to fix it by yourself.

Well the Moto G and Lumia 630 are pretty good budget phones imo.
I didn't even pay a lot for my Lumia 925 i paid 2500 nok it usally cost 4000 nok.
Norway is pretty expensive too xD.
