I feel that. Spent a summer without a residence. A careful balance of finding couches and sleeping in my car.

I learned quick to make as many strong friendships as I can possibly manage. Because of this (and also because of a fair bit of luck) I have a large series of couches to sleep on if/when shit hits the fan.

I have the 2013 Nexus 7, it's pretty much the best tablet you can get, regardless of price.
7" is big enough to be a tablet, but small enough to carry anywhere, and it's a fucking Nexus, so you get OS updates directly from Google and custom ROMs will pretty much always have support for your device.

I haven't used the 2013 model, but my 2012 model that I sold just felt like a big phone. And I already own a note 3 so that's redundant.
The Dell Venue 8 Pro that I got for my dad was cheaper and I feel like that's a better tablet, but it does have very little free space (12.5 GB). It does have a Microsd slot, though.

Sick of cheap shitty headsets that break instantly because they try to shove too much shit into them, and then cut corners to save on costs.
Not exactly top-of-the-line headphones, I got the AKG K514 MKII, but it's working fine for me.

Our Work laptops are all labeled with a Special computer name, which is logged in a Laptop list. So I just do an nslookup or tracert
and it resolves the Computer name. Then I just look up who the laptop belongs to in my Laptop list.

like to grab other peoples laptop and investigate the contents using a Linux live USB stick.

When you have Wireless, can't you set up a machine running something like Wireshark and create a filter for HTTP requests and automatically log them?

our firewall isn't that advanced, can only see total usage
wireshark freezes after using ~10gb of ram, not really feasible
