Maybe look through your extensions and do a quick scan of your machine to make sure there isn't anything nasty hanging around?

I wish I had the money for a Chromebook Pixel... I actually wish I had the money for a lot of things.

I don't have a Wacom though. I just wrote on paper and used a scanner.

Chromebook Pixel is an overpriced piece of shit. For the same amount of money, you can get a real laptop that's way better and can have the same resolution or higher.
EDIT: Testing the edit button
Is it me or is the edit button broken?
I just got this laptop for £45.

All that was wrong with it was the last guy that worked on it didn't know how to ZIF, so scraqmbled picture and non working touchpad.
Specs are 2GHZ core 2 duo, 160GB HDD though it's shot, 3GB RAM, nvidia NVS 110m, 1440 x 900.
All it needs is a charger and a HDD.

It was broken before but it now works fine for me.

you get 1TB storage on Google Drive!
Also speaking of Google Drive, what happened to the free storage Google was apparently giving out on thier 2 year annivarsary?
Origin's emails don't say what was the user the game was bought on.
So now I don't know if I got BF:Hardline on email@gmail.com or email+bf@gmail.com..
So during the past few days I've received over 200 Linkedin invitations despite not even having an account. I sent them a customer ticket and registered for the sake of being able to reply to the ticket and I noticed that all of the 211 invitations had already appeared on my new account.

I decided to check out one of the supposed users who sent me an invitation.

Is it just me or does the top 10% of a phone's battery life have far more longevity than the next 10%
Somewhat.. though I will say my iPhone seems to last on 1% for a good 10 minutes.
I wish it discharged at that rate throughout.

I'm not saying it isn't overpriced, but if I had dosh to blow on flash, that would be it. Dat linux.

I'd still prefer to blow it on a high end ultrabook instead.

I don't usually like The Verge but I think their review summed up the Pixel pretty well
Everyone should want a Chromebook Pixel — I certainly do. But almost no one should buy one.
Had to rebind Caps Lock because I needed a PTT button. Still getting used to life without it - normal text entry naturally isn't a problem, but having Caps Lock is nice for entering model numbers etc.
I have Caps Lock rebound to Scroll Lock - I should rebind Scroll Lock to Caps Lock, for when I need it.
That's where that button belongs, anyhow - a far-away, forgotten spot on the keyboard.
...or a Surface Pro 3.
I'm going to end up selling my kidneys for the 512Gb i7 model.
The display can't show grey and the Anandtech review sample touchscreen broke and then the whole thing entirely died. Between quality control worries and stuff like the pen sensitivity downgrade I don't get the Surface Pro 3 appeal.
oh wow this online english credit recovery course is so fucking bad. like look at this

As a student it looks basically perfect for what I want to do. Hadn't heard about the device being broken (was only announced on Anand's twitter it'd seem), but really I wouldn't extrapolate from that. I don't do any colour-sensitive work, so I don't think greyscale performance will really bother me too much, especially if the display is otherwise really nice.

I have Caps Lock bound to F15 as PTT, I even got my Caps Lock key with no printing on it. The only program that doesn't recognize it is Steam.
