Who the hell would buy this?
What the fuck is this trend with people trying to replace decent operating systems with watered down mobile OSes and when will it stop
Speaking of carriers, Rogers was shit today.
Rogers reception was retarded at the Ontario science center. Friend on an iPhone on the bell got full bars LTE while I only got 1 bar of hspa jumping to edge a lot. Then I switched the radio to LTE and it did go to 3 bars LTE but I got pushed back to hspa a second later. What the hell. It's like bell owns the network access inside the venue and tells Rogers to fuck off or some shit. I couldn't get LTE working at all inside..

My data signal completely ate shit all day today.
Combined with the fact that my friend got distracted and didn't answer my text, I thought AT&T shut me off.

Remember that not only is the OSS a reinforced concrete facility but it's inside a narrow valley.

Of course reception is going to blow.

But but but I was right in beside my friend on an iPhone who just happens to be on bell and was able they full bars of LTE. Full bars! What is this hackery??? People have said that bell had better wall penetration or something like that somewhere. Or perhaps it's the radio on my Nexus 5...
I'd imagine wind to be worse than Rogers.
USPS somehow fucked up so badly that they thought the return address was the destination half way through the transit, and they accidentally sent it back to the sender...

Federal Way is literally 30 minutes away from where i'm currently staying right now, and the package should have delivered two days ago, but now I gotta wait until next week to get my package.

Why is postage so shit in America/Canada?
I've never had a problem dealing with Australia Post. The only postage issue I've ever had was when my Amazon package got lost (and AFAIK, it got lost in the US.)
For me I've literally never had a problem with my things getting shipped within the US. I hear the EU has it the worst though.
I've never had an issue getting stuff posted within the UK either, all stuff turned up on time. I am a bit weary of a few delivery companies though so I try to avoid them. But the majority of the stuff I order gets delivered via Royal Mail which has never in my experience lost or damaged anything.

UMPCs evolved and became Windows tablets. The 8 inch ones are cute, and pretty affordable too. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00G459QUU/ref=redir_mdp_mobile?SubscriptionId=AKIAJ7T5BOVUVRD2EFYQ&camp=2025&creative=165953&creativeASIN=B00G459QUU&linkCode=xm2&tag=camelanonalerts-21

If I had the money, I'd maybe buy it. Like, if it'd be a bit more powerful so that browser wouldn't lag, I'd use it in the mornings maybe.
Like, you wake up at 7am and go away at 8am. I don't want to boot up my PC and this tablet is already on so I could browse web/read news/read email in the morning without booting up my PC and turning it off withing 1hr already.

Only real issues I've had was man years ago I bought a Sound Blaster X-Fi platinum for like 200 dollars when it launched and it took like 5 weeks to arrive, when it came from the next state.

Try using Spacesniffer run as admin it will show you anything you have on your disk taking up space.

Now that i've started sitting up straight my monitors don't go up high enough so I have to start slouching again. If i sit up completely straight my eyes align with the center of the upper third of my monitor.

Strip EXIF with a tool and flip or open it up in Paint and rotate.
Sometimes phone EXIF just suck dick when it comes to rotating images.

I'm fairly sure the EXIF data is correct and "physical" orientation isn't?
I'm fairly sure the EXIF data is correct and "physical" orientation isn't?
Well, I guess it's mostly at fault with browsers and they fail to follow the EXIF data to flip it.

I just had this happen to me with Canada Post:

In other news... I had been lending my Thinkpad T400 (Mainly used for testing AD and networking stuff) to my dad's girlfriend, though I guess she liked it enough that she wanted to buy it off me. I sold it to her for $200 (What I paid for the laptop and the 128GB Samsung 840), which I put toward a Thinkpad X201 with an ultrabase. It's going to be a nice little machine after I throw in a 256GB Crucial MX100. I've always wanted one of those adorable little thinkpads.
Looks like it's in pretty decent shape as well:

If you open the image in a new tab it has the right rotation.

I don't think I even have a single phonebook in my house.
