CS:GO (which is all i play anymore), and pretty much all source games handle it exactly as seen in that gif. [t]http://pantheones.com.au/content/uploads/2012/03/csgo_16-9.jpg[/t]
You realise that res in cs is totally preference right? Quite a few pros still use 4:3 stretched.
CSS3 variables implemented
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/31.0/releasenotes/ Wait... CSS3 is getting variable support? awesome.
I always find it interesting what people do with Raspberry Pi's even if they are slightly evil for example this is a Raspberry Pi being used to squirt cats coming into a persons garden.
They did, switch the box-sizing attribute.
nothing has ever happened when i used it, tried all variations of it
You realise that res in cs is totally preference right? Quite a few pros still use 4:3 stretched.
yeah i've just been playing 1280x720 with black bars on the top and bottom.
Nice, PS/2 actually works on this motherboard. Swapped over to it for my keyboard (it came with a PS/2 to miniUSB and USB to miniUSB cables, there's just a miniUSB female port on the keyboard). Managed to get like ~25 keys pressed down at the same time in a rollover test.
That keyboard has nKRO under PS/2, doesn't it
Damn right it does.
6kro is plenty
6kro is plenty
But it's not as sexually attractive
My $10 PS/2 keyboard doesn't let me turn and cut throttle in ksp at the same time (3 keys) fml
nice, gold plated connectors on digital cables
longevity [editline]22nd July 2014[/editline] latency is total bs though
i actually saw a monster cable for the first time in a store today 1m gold plated (???) toslink cable on sale for $40
It makes sense to use gold on connectors as only silver and copper are more conductive and both oxidise.
i wonder why some people think gold plated toslink will be beneficial when the cable or connector don't even have to contain metal
That isn't to say that the pins on a goddamn USB cable need to be gold-plated, but at least it'll last long. [editline]23rd July 2014[/editline] Merge break
i wonder why some people think gold plated toslink will be beneficial when the cable or connector don't even have to contain metal
I didn't know that was a thing until I looked it up: [editline]22nd July 2014[/editline] Although it's stupid and pointless, the cable does look kinda pretty though
Got my X201 and dock today! [t]http://i.imgur.com/NLooTdD.jpg[/t] The only catch is that the 6 cell battery is down to 42% of it's original capacity. I may pick up a third party one for $60 or something.
I think you installed the motherboard in the wrong spot.
$60 for a third party battery? All the batteries I have picked up for my laptops have been under $20 on eBay and have been rather fine
High quality 3rd party batteries with reliable brands usually costs around $50-60. I would never buy cheap unbranded batteries. Their charge capacities are always crap.
So I'm in a bind. Making an sd card reader for my dreamcast. Have all the parts, ready to go, except a plug for the serial port. Here's the bind, do I attept to fabricate a plug, a process of which I have been defeated at twice and working on the third time, or do I end my suffering now and just solder the fucker to the pins on the inside of the dreamcast itself and tell sega to go fuck itself? A good portion of me would prefer a plug because it'll look better, but its gonna be plugged in all the time anyway because I'll never have a desire to sell it/never have another thing to plug into it. Plus a jury rigged plug, unless I spend money on something with a serial plug to use, is a failure point that will rear its head often. So I should probably just solder it.

I wasn't going to pay twice as much for another half hour.

My experiance with unbranded batteries is either they lose charge too fast, or they chemically degrade too fast and can't hold as much charge after a few months of frequent daily uses.
amazon returns are hilariously fantastic "microphone has low level hum" "ok, send it back to us, we'll refund you"
