Tox has working voice calls in most clients (uTox which is the best client and works on all platforms has support, so).
Not sure if it has support for voice in groupchats, pretty sure not, but when they do, you can finally stop using Skype and switch to a free-as-in-freedom network.

Not sure what you're basing this off from, but most laptops I come across only require you to hold down the Fn key if you actually want to use the alternative function assigned to that key that's not F1, F2, F3... etc.
I suppose I've only ever owned HP's (due to school discount) but they were always Fn+Key to use the regular key.
Just another reason why I will never again buy an HP of any kind.
Well HP is a brand where they combined everything you can possibily dislike about a laptop into their consumer grade laptops, I wouldn't be surprised.
I went to Costco looking for a laptop for school. They are all bad.

Dell? Well the keyboard was shit.
My ThinkPad Edge requires you to hold down FN in order to use F1-F12.
But you can just swap it in the BIOS, which I've done.
If I'm around for the game thingus you're doing, I'll do it.
This sony laptop has some stuff but the function button + other buttons doesn't do anything. I kinda think I need to install more drivers.
So what's a program that can check everything and find the drivers?
