Internet cut out for 5 minutes a few days after I got unbanned, not much I could have done....
Imho it should have a system similar to halo where the person that was getting shot, or the team that you D/C'd gets to decide if you get punished.
If you have your PC near a window you can put the barrel outside. Assuming you place it in the shade you can keep the barrel around 22-25c in the summer and in the winter you can basically operate near 0 with the idle temps from the machine keeping the water above freezing.
I did once see a water cooling solution in which he routed his tubing through a cooler. Kept two frozen gallon jugs in the cooler full of water.

If you get enough bans it stops going back down to smaller amounts and makes one week the base ban. My ban is 7 days minimum due to lots of abandons in SMFC/GE level matches where I got put against full on hackers.
