Last time i checked ECU's don't have GPU's
In-car entertainment system is plausible.
ECU is totally separate from that system, though. That shit just runs engine timings etc.
Windows 97? That never existed...
Windows 99 did. Wingless and I have proof.
what would that density be for a 22" monitor
way past 4k, no?
exactly 10240x5760 (10k)
Yeah, it's still different though. It doesn't scale just a smoothly as that. Dead pixels ect put a limit on it.
Not to mention the cost of a display like that. Plus to use it well you'd have to be ten inches from the screen at all times.
I have procured my Call of Pripyat disc. It is time to reenter the Zone.

Hey, I have a question. I'm getting my K53TA back from a friend, and I yanked the display off that thing. I can either buy a new, not broken screen for $80, or go to Best Buy and get one of the shitty USB screens for $80. I need the whole assembly, however, backing and all...
Just got a new 32gb flash drive for almost exclusively boot able images for work. Ideas? So far I've got Mint, Lubuntu, KRD, Offline Defender, Hirens, Acronis, W8, W7
holy fuck this new steam is pissing me off
i left the beta because it'd freeze so much, and now that it's on the main branch there's nothing i can do about it
It even froze for me before the update to the new ui.

Boot Repair Disk is always nice
I like xubuntu better than lubuntu
Memtest86 is also useful

I think we all can agree the steam service is nice but the actual software app is a bloated, laggy piece of shit.
I just reinstalled windows on my desktop and Steam still is slow.
Kali ends up being a really, really good multipurpose tool, believe it or not.

Hmm, I've always used lubuntu. Might have to give xubuntu a try. Memtest86 is already in Hirens.

Windows To Go
Also I don't feel I'd need any more bootable full OS's in addition to Mint for most uses and lubuntu for potatoes.
Windows To Go
Forgot about that.
Man, VLC is way better after you spend 30 seconds learning some of the basic hotkeys.
I have some files where the default settings are English audio + Japanese subtitles, so you have to cycle to the next option for each file. Instead of fighting with the mouse, b and v handles it nicely.
You guys do know it's easy to reskin steam right?

I can't think of a situation I'd come across at work that I'd need that.

It looks good, but its not going to make steam any faster.
Wish we already had 2 TB SSD at a reasonable price. I would move all my games on that.

Kali Linux ;)
On the real though there are some cool networking tools in that distro.
