I was stuck with this GT-S5570I for a while when I didn't have the S Plus on me for reasons.
But god, it is built like a fucking tank.
Me and my brother use it for in the bath to listen to music, and browse around a bit.
Now a few weeks ago I dropped it in the bathtub by accident.
Screen was still on when it fell in there until I whipped it out and made it fall on the tiles to make the battery fall out immediately so it wouldn't get damaged.
Took it apart to dry it as good as possible, and it still functions 100%, even the speaker sounds OK and the charger and headphone port work, despite for water getting in there through both them.

I learnt about proper battery storage today.
Threw my 9V battery into the same pocket as my keys.
Keys shorted out the battery. First I smelt burnt electronics, checked my radio, not connected to a power source, soldering iron was off so it's not that, or it's someone else.
Check everyone else, nobody near me working with soldering irons.
Pocket feels hot, fish phone out of pocket, think my Galaxy S2 is going North Korea on me. Pull cover off, battery is fine, pocket is still hot.
Remember 9V battery, realize that keys are still in there, can't turn pocket inside-out, had to just manly-grab everything in the pocket at once, and throw them on the table.

I did that once with a AAA battery. Burned my leg and I swear the battery near 100C when I tried taking it out.
Lesson learned, pockets are bad places for batteries.

Android phones (and tablets) tend to use more traditional resolutions. 1920 x 1080 is considered standard for most flagships now, and the LG G3 has 2560 x 1440.

also that's probably not why it looked fuzzy, if you had come from windows or a linux install with infinality (which you should always get) the text is rendered much 'softer'. i think it looks far better than cleartype

we had a few women in IT at work and in class, and I never saw any signs of harrassment.
IDK how it's in other countries, but harrassment of women in tech hasn't really been a huge theme here. Actually women are preferred to men for tech jobs. Mainly because of quotas.

Once they get a bit further and release 16gb sticks it'll be a bit more worth it. Clock speeds have some nice potential. Prices will come down when a mainstream platform adopts it.
