My Macbook Pro, OSX 10.10 is ready.
I would write x86 assembly, but that defeats the point of a high level language... On a side note, ug, RISC assembly is painful to write.
Imagine assembly getting compiled to .NET CLI
Oh boy I hope there's gonna be a new Mac Mini. I need a good dev machine.
Oh boy I hope there's gonna be a new Mac Mini. I need a good dev machine.
Both the Mac Mini and Apple TV are really over due for an update. [editline]9th September 2014[/editline] both haven't been updated since 2012

[editline]9th September 2014[/editline] both haven't been updated since 2012
New Apple TV would be nice aswell. Probably gonna get one aswell, when they refresh them. [editline]9th September 2014[/editline] My Wallet is ready.
Imagine assembly getting compiled to .NET CLI
So, x86 ASM to IL? ...okay? [editline]10th September 2014[/editline]
Oh boy I hope there's gonna be a new Mac Mini. I need a good dev machine.
Looks like it's going to be a Smartwatch (For the love of GOD do NOT call it the iWatch.). I'd say the fact they're inviting a ton of fashion designers to be a give-away of that.
My Wallet is ready.
Mine isn't. I Was gonna get an iMac or Mac Mini by the end of they year, but then video games and a rMBP happened so now I'm not getting anything computer related until I move next summer.
I kinda like the Intel NUC. No dedicated graphics but whatever, it suits me.
Vesa mount to the back of a small monitor, be smart with cabling and you got a makeshift AIO!
I kinda like the Intel NUC. No dedicated graphics but whatever, it suits me.
Yes, but I want OSX. After all, I still got my cute Zotac Zbox, but I can't install OSX on it.
Vesa mount to the back of a small monitor, be smart with cabling and you got a makeshift AIO!
My zotac is mounted to the back of one of my Monitors, and it's amazing. Edit: Merge!
Most likely, but they could easily do silent refreshes after the event.
Wouldn't mind it, I'm looking at getting an rMBP whenever I get a proper job.
if I do manage to sell two of my older computers I might pick up a Mac Mini, but idk since I can't think of a use for it except for looking pretty next to my TV and consoles :v: [editline]9th September 2014[/editline] I have a first gen Mac Mini just sitting on a shelf since it's still nice to look at. I think I still have Diablo 2 installed on it
Wouldn't mind it, I'm looking at getting an rMBP whenever I get a proper job.
I will get a rMBP once they have 16GB DDR4 RAM, Broadwell i7 or newer, GTX-9xx GPU or newer and 1TB SSD. Oh this is gonna be amazing. (And expensive)
and probably not happen :v: I can't see Apple putting something like a GTX 9xx in a laptop, but I can see them putting one in an iMac
and probably not happen :v: I can't see Apple putting something like a GTX 9xx in a laptop, but I can see them putting one in an iMac
They use firepro gpu's in the Mac Pro.
What does that have to do with MacBooks?
Atleast it's not yet another editor war. It's obvious that Vim would win anyway.
Virtualdub, best editor.
Virtualdub, best editor.
"Guys how do I mux my hosts file and the file I want to make changes with."
Mmm boy. Don't feel good today. Better call into work sick... :v:

The time has come and so have I
Wow, the keynote stream is a joke, 2 songs playing over eachother and a chinese translator talking at the same time, distracting you from what he's trying to say. Also, crashes. Oh god the crashes.
Spin-Up Time 4050 ms. Is this normal? It's a WD Caviar Black 1TB
so the new iphones are basically just bigger with better cameras well I'm bored
So I go out on my smoke break at work and I can see across the parking lot the lineup of people waiting in front of EB games to get their midnight release of Destiny. Meanwhile we were also open later for the release and we only saw six or seven people stroll through.
Can I buy a stream that works?
Jesus, that thing is an eye sore
