I recycle a huge amount of my passwords sadly. I am not worried about my google accounts though since I run two factor on all of them, twitter, facebook, bank, etc. but forums and stuff are just weak passwords.

That doesen't really make me feel better. A leak happened and someone got access to clear text passwords to google services.

Yeah probably some collection of phpbb forums got hacked (again), and they got this from them.
My email is on the big .txt list but not on PredGD's website, and I have two-factor authentication enabled anyway.

There's talk that it's likely from non-google sources, but nothing's 100% confirmed yet.

Might've been another MD5 leak - even if they're salted, it's pretty trivial to extract the originals nowadays.
The passwords appear to be from non-Google services, so it's not Google that's the source of the information.
My leaked PW has been in use since 2012.08.15. So between that and now, they somehow got access to my clear text PW.
It's only used on Google and is stored in 2 places.
1. on my PC in a keepass DB
2. on my Android phone for Google Play store
I still can't imagine how they could have gotten access to it.

Yeah, [url=http://tech.slashdot.org/comments.pl?sid=5680529&cid=47874217]someone on /.[/url] did an analysis on +suffixes, on the assumption that some people used them to help distinguish which site leaked their account if it happened. Looks like xtube, daz3d, filedropper, eharmony, friendster, bioware and a few others were the ones hacked.

Did you confirm they had your entire password? Maybe the two first letters just match.

I've got three "tiers" of passwords. Usually one for forums, one for account requiring sites, one for miscellaneous, then a unique password for each bank and Google account. Sadly I only run 2 factor on Google and Wildstar
I'm thinking about seeing if any of these fine people have a brazzers account

I'm pretty sure it has to be trough android. I'm gonna assume it's probably been snatched when the phone was running a custom ROM, as some ROM devs/cooks are retarded.
changed my password (though the the password they had for me is ~5 years old or possible one I've never used for gmail)

I'm honestly surprised mine isn't on there. I've used the same Google account since early 2007.
also why is this leak gmail only? this leak is definitely not from google, looks like it's from other sites (not to mention google doesn't store passwords in plaintext)
