My Y500 has trouble making sound sometimes. I have to wiggle the screen a bit then it works fine again. Should I be worried?
the lenovo y series is known for its inferior build quality

For those who don't know, Newegg is having a 2K sale atm with stuff up to 80% off Got Bioshock 1, Infinite and Spec Ops for 24 bucks. Not bad huh? So did youtube do something recently to prevent you from playing multiple videos at the same time? Friend sent me a link to some piece of music and I was listening to that while attempting to watch something else and I couldn't get both to be playing at the same time.

Can't do it here. Not sure if it's YouTube or an addon though.
Youtube used to be the best streaming video site, now it's just the least shit [editline]11th November 2013[/editline] Which isn't hard considering the competition
And to answer your question, yes. You as well?
I'm at the other unit, the Lemminkäisenkatu one. I head on over to ICT a lot of food though, it's actually not bad quite often, though the food at Lemminkäisenkatu is way better, when it's better. I also walk past the place quite a lot since I like dropping down to the K-Market that's right next to it.

not really very interesting, but this just happened to me.
Do you think hardware can die when being overclocekd even when the temperatures are good?
Do you think hardware can die when being overclocekd even when the temperatures are good?
For some reason, that sounds really deep
Do you think hardware can die when being overclocekd even when the temperatures are good?
Not usually, but it can happen, if there is an issue with the thermometer for example or the software gets the wrong readings.
Do you think hardware can die when being overclocekd even when the temperatures are good?
Doesn't higher voltage do something like electromigration or something?

Needs more black and white.

I'd like to see someone post this on OC3D forums.
Well I just got rid of my secondary monitor, was previously my main until I got my current one. Moved to secondary status after I got it but now it seems to turn on during boot up just fine then goes blank once I actually get into an Operating System leaving only my 1920x1080 one. Not going to miss it though personally, I only really used it for Steam Chat.

Installed a utility which I think Chains! has, and 13.1% in a span of 3 years using the laptop isn't so bad. Despite it being on AC forever. It seems in good health.
I need a new battery:
That happens if the AC is in for too long, wears the battery out very quickly. I had no battery in this when it was on the mains, so it kept the battery good enough if the power is bound to go out which happens infrequently. I never thought to install the application for a while.

Modern laptops only start charging when the battery percent reaches a certain point.

Go complain to Apple.
Anything like that Batterybar for Android? I swear my S3 battery has degraded over since I got it.
That's debatable, just because the AC is in doesn't mean the battery will always charge. Modern laptops only start charging when the battery percent reaches a certain point.
This laptop doesn't have a utility to stop charging at a certain point, I think it's the only machine that doesn't in this house. Not even the registry edit worked, it's been set to 90% but it doesn't work.
Anything like that Batterybar for Android? Download BetterBatteryStats and check for any wakelocks and any battery hungry apps.
Anything like that Batterybar for Android? I swear my S3 battery has degraded over since I got it.
ZDBox? It doesn't provide a lot of detail but voltage, temps, time left, time left for charging and how long it's been off the charger.
