Honestly there really isn't going to be a good replacement for youtube. Google can only offer it for free because they operate it at a loss right now and it barely makes a dent in their bottom line (since they pretty much print money via their ad platforms)
I wish they could just start all over with the site, it's really a clusterfuck now.
