Just curious, but how much will prices vary on processors in store compared to the website?
Our website is a direct reflection of our store. If it's on the web-store for that price, Expect it in our store as well. Processors are instore only since we sell undercut everyone else and want to prevent people from just hogging processors by using numerous forms of payment and names. We also expect you to come in and want to buy more then just a processor since we literally are so competitive with pricing we destroy any other store/web-store when it comes to building a pc.
So, the AT&T Galaxy S4 has some stupid crapware bloat on it that will connect you to an AT&T WiFi access point if it spots one, if you have WiFi on. It's apparently just listening to beacon frames with the name "attwifi". I really hope someone goes around NYC with an access point and a battery in a backpack, and just serves up gay porn for every HTTP request.

Everyone in 1.5 miles will connect to your fake attwifi and have gay porn served on every request.
Only if you're lucky enough to live near a Microcenter.
Yeah they're fuckers about their one-store-per-state deal going on, granted there are exceptions but not many
Yeah they're fuckers about their one-store-per-state deal going on, granted there are exceptions but not many
three in New York soon. Yonkers (Me!!!! <3), Queens, Brooklyn (Both coming soon)
So like, looking around for some new parts 'cause I wanna get upgrade my box by the end of the year. Need a new GPU, PSU, CPU cooler (because I still have the stock intel one) and case. Right now my 1GB Vram card, nonmodular 500W PSU, shitty airflow in my shit-tiny cooler master elite case, and lack of CPU cooler are fucking me. You guys got any recommendations on the case, GPU, and cooler? I wanna run all the cool games well 'cause my AMD 6770 isn't cuttng it. Preferably less than 300 for the card, don't really care too much about the other components' prices. [editline]21st November 2013[/editline] sorry if this is the wrong thread, i don't really visit this section that much :V
Hey Microsoft, how about you go fuck yourself and stop shoving Bing shit into my Windows Update?
Hi i work at micro center [t]http://distilleryimage5.ak.instagram.com/3e230c92523211e383f20ac95a35c525_8.jpg[/t] Yes, they fly off the shelf's but ruin my commission and sales rates. Please consider doing a full build with the associate who helps you. :(
Im curious when I plan to build my PC would they price match parts I find off like Newegg or NCIX as such? I usually have a Pcpartpicker list going and I plan to grab a processor from microcenter that only like 25minute away from me.

It also depends on the prices you're trying to match. Remember if another business got a better deal on product then us, Then they can sell it cheaper. Most of the time if you add up your bundle savings since we have bundles on CPU,Memory,Motherboard it pays off to just buy everything here (Sometimes tax does kill though, But taxes pave the road and etc)
Oh god I just looked it up and the Orange County microcenter is just under an hour from me. I'm so going there this weekend.
Does anyone here have one of those mousepads that takes up the entire desk? Are they any good?
Does anyone here have one of those mousepads that takes up the entire desk? Are they any good?
Bert has like 4 stacked because he's too lazy to clean them.
ok seriously what template do i choose? this is killing me
Bert has like 4 stacked because he's too lazy to clean them.
Clean mousepads... What a novel idea. Might need to do that since mine has the contents of a full cup of coffee on it
You can throw most cloth mousepads in the washing machine
i just buy a new artscow mousepad every year because they get worn down anyway and they are $1
i just buy a new artscow mousepad every year because they get worn down anyway and they are $1
You have to make a new account, clear cookies, and get a new IP if you want to buy another for $1 [editline]22nd November 2013[/editline] Apparently they don't check payment methods/billing address

How do you do that $1 mousepad thing and do they ship to the UK?
How do you do that $1 mousepad thing and do they ship to the UK?
Yearly thing from artscow. Use a code and get a mousepad for shipping only (i think that was the deal). I got mine delivered to Sweden so UK should work. Took ages for mine though
I still love my Artscow Dave mousepad. It holds up well.
I don't even have a mousepad, my table has a pretty good texture so the mouse tracks nicely.
I havte one of these, and I really like it.
Bert has like 4 stacked because he's too lazy to clean them.
It's not that I'm lazy, it's that you can't really clean these. When you do they just warp and stretch badly. I usually would buy a new one every 6 months. I got 3 on my desk right now with another 2 on my shelf I use for padding for stuff.
I don't even have a mousepad, my table has a pretty good texture so the mouse tracks nicely.
I don't use one with my laptop, because for some strange reason certain mousepads are the *only* thing I've found that my Anywhere Mouse does not work on. And that's a mouse I regularly use on glass. For my desktop, I have one of these. Rather beat-up, unfortunately - I carried it around with my previous laptop. And that's mostly because my desk surface is solid glass.
I only ever really use my laptop in bed or on a couch with great tracking fabrics, so I need not a mousepad. [editline]22nd November 2013[/editline] So a friend of mine wanted me to put together a decent gaming PC for the cost of ownership of an XBone for 4 years($560 initially, plus 3 renewals of XBL= $720). What do you guys think of this one? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/26vMq
Worth buying a Ducky DK2108? My local Micro Center's got one for a whopping $70, which is pretty damn good for a mechanical. No idea if this specific model lives up to the name of other Ducky keyboards though.
So, somewhat offtopic but totally about tech albeit medical tech; I had my first ever MRI scan today, and fuck me it's one of the oddest experiences I've ever had. Having a massive magnet rapped around you making odd noises is crazy.
