For some reason Steam says I have 261 hours on Half Life 2, though I think it had something to do with Hammer fucking up.
I am successfully posting from the Frankencomputer. It started on Windows 98 and now it's running Windows 2000. Surprisingly, browsing FP isn't as slow as you might think it is. I could definitely see myself using this as a spare PC in the event that something happens to my main one.
Oh god I wonder what my playtime added up between every call of duty since 3 would be. All I know is I would not be proud at all of the at least 2000 hours. Then add on my WoW and LoL playtimes... scary thought.
So i'm picking my final A Level, at the moment i've chosen Further Maths (which takes up two options) and Physics, but I'm stuck on what I should choose for the last one.
I've shortlisted it down to:-
Business Studies,
Economics,
Chemistry (which i'm really not too good at) and
Critical Thinking.
You guys have any input on what I should choose? (I can pick 2 more options, but i'd like to only do 1 more)
what do you want to do in the future?

Business is handy if you want to be an Indie dev.
Economics could be good for that to, in a lesser sense, but unless your doing something like administration, I don't really see the point.
Don't take Chemistry if your not good at it, especially if you don't like it.
Critical Thinking would depend on what the course entails.

I installed Server 2012R2 in Hyper-V on my laptop running Windows 8.1. Apparently Microsoft added what they call an "Enhanced Session". Basically, it uses RDP to connect to the VM... Though without the requirement to setup network connectivity between the host machine and the VM. Only works with 8.1 and 2012R2 guests though.

Well, my headphones killed the front-right channel on my sound card. It is a 7.1 card though, so I guess I have 7/8 drivers left. Through the magic of ~linux~ I've remapped the rear port to front, but I will need a new sound card soon.
Any recommendations for a sound card? Or maybe an external DAC/Amp?
